There's a minimum of 12 added minutes as Tottenham make a double change, James Maddison cannot continue so he is replaced by Emerson Royal. Maddison looks a bit surprised by the decision but obviously Spurs don't want to risk him further.

Micky van de Ven, meanwhile, is replaced by Pierre-Emile Højbjerg.

Such bad luck for Tottenham. Micky Van de Ven has just pulled up with what looks like a pulled hamstring. He is in a lot of pain. Tottenham have lost both of their centre backs.

James Maddison is up and able to walk to the edge of the pitch unaided so that's good news.

There was no contact on James Maddison as he went down trying to get a return ball into the box.

Pedro Porro has come back on. He's going to try to see if he can shake off the injury.

Big, big test now for Ange Postecoglou, probably the biggest of his Tottenham career so far because his players have massively lost their way since opening the scoring.

He will be desperate to get to half time without further incident, but that will be a long way off because of all the stoppages.

Emerson Royal is being called back to the Tottenham bench. It looks as though Porro's night is over.

Tottenham are currently down to nine men because Pedro Porro is off the pitch injured.

It looks as though Chelsea take full advantage as Nicolas Jackson fires in from Raheem Sterling's cross, but Sterling was offside.
