Man City 1-1 Spurs
Erling Haaland. Unmarked. Near the penalty spot. And somehow the Manchester City striker slots it wide. It looked all the world a 2-1 moment.
Almost unbelievable.

Man City 1-1 Spurs
City are all over Spurs now. Phil Foden cuts in and has a shot blocked. Pedro Porro pokes it into the air but not into his own net thankfully.
Man City 1-1 Spurs
Tottenham’s Son Heung-min has scored away Premier League goals against Leicester City, Chelsea and Liverpool and now Manchester City when they had won the league in the previous campaign.
No player had ever scored on the road against four different reigning champions before.

Alvarez outswinger [from the free kick], Haaland doesn't get enough on the header which wrongfoots the keeper and bounces off Son into the net.
Nothing Son or Spurs can do about it.

Anybody else got 8-8 as a final score here?

'Son is deadly in those positions' takes on a different meaning now.
But he was very right about Spurs 'waking the beast'

Speaking before the equaliser...
Kulusevski plays the ball over the top for Son and Doku has the run on him, We know what Son is like though, never lets anyone relax. Nudges Doku off the ball and gets in on goal.
He is deadly in those positions.
They may have just woken the beast though...
Son Heung-min own goal
That didn't last long. And it looks like the Spurs goalscorer has just equalised himself.
Erling Haaland flicks on a cross which Son Heung-min deflects past his own goalkeeper.
Son Heung-min
Spurs counter from the corner... and score.
Somehow Jeremy Doku is the last man back with Son Heung-min, but the South Korean nods the ball past him, bursts into the box and shoots.
The shot is at Ederson but goes through the City keeper and Spurs lead.
Man City 0-0 Spurs
Guglielmo Vicario denies Jeremy Doku at his near post and the Spurs keeper punches away the resulting corner.

Ed: The Spurs away kit colour reminds me of when I was a child and mixed all the paints together. It came out as revolting as that.

Some really good early runs from Erling Haaland.
Sometimes he runs not to receive it but to make room for his teammates, and he has done that a few times early on.
Man City 0-0 Spurs
Heavy first touch from Erling Haaland, but he still wins a corner off Emerson Royal - one of Spurs' all-full-back defensive line.
Spurs deal with the resulting corner.
FT: Bournemouth 2-2 Aston Villa
Aston Villa
Aston Villa manager Unai Emery to Match of the Day: "It's a good point. We were aware it would be difficult to get a victory today.
"The point is good for us when you are losing a match. We will try to use this point. We prefer to control the game but it was not easy, they had very good chances and our goalkeeper was fantastic."
Man City 0-0 Spurs
Jeremy Doku wins a corner for City, who send the defensive units forward.
Spurs keeper Guglielmo Vicario just about stops Manuel Akanji from nodding in at the near post.

Ange knows he's got the quality in his squad to compete today.
Lots of teams have a lot of injuries so he won't be using that as an excuse.
Man City 0-0 Spurs
Spurs have barely seen the ball in the opening 90 seconds. Well they can see it, but on the foot of City players.
Man City 0-0 Spurs
Under way in the final Premier League game of what has turned out to be an epic Sunday afternoon.
FT: Bournemouth 2-2 Aston Villa
Bournemouth
Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola to Match of the Day: "We deserved to win the game but against this type of opposition this can happen. One point is not enough for us today.
"Both sides are good in transition so every time we lost the ball it was dangerous, their goalkeeper was excellent and that's the reason why we didn't win.
"You have to accept that they scored a very good goal. We continue to do the same things but the understanding is better and our players are physically in a good spot.
"If we are not at 100% it is not good enough."

Before that late turnaround at Anfield, this looked like being a good weekend for Arsenal.
But those Liverpool goals have switched the scrutiny onto Manchester City, who have drawn their last two Premier League games and start this match in third, four points behind leaders Arsenal and knowing Tottenham will draw level with them on 29 points if the visitors win.
Clearly, no-one is going to think City are in trouble if they fail to win this match - but they would have a bit of work in front of them ahead of Wednesday's tricky trip to Aston Villa.
