Fulham manager Marco Silva, speaking to Amazon Prime: "Bournemouth deserved to win. When you concede goals the way we did, we don't deserve to get any points from the game.

"We concede the first, really sloppy. Nine players plus Bernd [Leno] behind the ball and we let the player run 20 or 30 metres to make an assist. That is completely our fault.

"I think the first half was really balanced, both teams trying to win the game. We had our chances, they had their chances then after 44 minutes we were really sloppy, not aggressive enough and they score.

"That makes it difficult for us, we wanted to react but we didn't really create enough. So they deserve the three points."

On creativity: "Willian was out. We played without two players who have been key for us. But others have to step in and show their quality. It was not the case this afternoon at all."

"It is not important to talk about Arsenal [in the next game] right now, we have many things to analyse from this one."

Doesn't that tell you the story of Burnley. They had the better of the first few minutes. But then Liverpool are clinical and now it's a completely different game for Burnley.

Almost 2-0. It's good work from Cody Gakpo, who moves it on to Darwin Nunez and the goalscorer flicks it on to Mohamed Salah.

He opens up his body to slice it cleverly towards goal but James Trafford reacts well, pulling off a great save under the crossbar.

"We got ourselves off the canvas. We've chucked the game away. They didn't need to work too hard to get the goals. I'm not bothered about the transfer window, I'm bothered about the result and performance."

On facing Manchester City next: "We're playing Manchester City away. Why would I need to motivate them? Sometimes you ask daft questions about me getting them up. It's too early to be speaking about Man City just after we've lost this game."

Decent chance for Harvey Elliott. It opens up for him in the middle and he's invited to shoot, which he accepts.

It takes a deflection on the way through to goalkeeper James Trafford, who pushes it away and Mohamed Salah is offside on the rebound.

Luton Town

Luton boss Rob Edwards, speaking to BBC Sport: "The second half was a rollercoaster of emotions. The first half I thought we were excellent. We had really good control.

"They adjusted at half time and covered the length of the pitch and made things a bit difficult for us.

"I can't credit the players enough to show that character. To be able to find a way, maybe with a bit of luck, but to turn it around the guys deserve credit.

"It has been a touhg period as we all know. We have a structure and way of playing but I want the players to play with bravery and they have done it again.

"Goals are coming from everywhere. The performances lately have been brilliant.

"We are perhaps changing the narrative about ourselves but we have to back that up with performances.

"I do sense a belief and a confidence in the players. We are playing well at the moment and we want to keep it going.

"This is a special group."

On style of play: "The beginning of the season, the coach had an idea and we lost a lot of games but we just did the same thing. We believed in him, he believed in us and the results came.

"It's always good when you win.

"We have a lot of great, fast attackers in the team. That is the power of us, we can counter really fast with great players.

"I can't wait to see where the season ends for us.

"I've always played for good clubs who want to play in Europe and stuff. That is always my ambition, I always look up. So why not? Let's see where we end."
