    Chelsea again leading the WSL race from the front and this is now six wins and one draw from seven matches.

    Any thoughts the side may be distracted or lose their focus with Emma Hayes announcing that this was her last season in charge have well and truly been proved wrong.

    Chelsea have been brilliant and just overpowered a Liverpool side that would have gone second with a win. It is going to take some effort from any of the other WSL teams to stop Chelsea in this form.

    Eight minutes of injury time is not what Liverpool would have wanted to hear.

    If she can bring these performances to the international stage as well and carry that on it will be a great future for England.
