Swansea fans are roaring now as Saints keeper Gavin Bazunu comes to his team's rescue again to leap and save from Yannick Bolasie's header at close range at the far post.

Southampton have probably been guilty of strolling a bit too much the last 10 minutes and feeling too comfortable in their lead.

Swansea have contained them much better this second half, although Saints still have 21 shots to their 10.

Swansea hit the post again!

A fantastic save from Southampton's Gavin Bazunu.

Again, it is Saints defender Jack Stephens who is playing a dangerous pass at the back.

The visitors are getting away with it right now.

Swansea are awake and hammering on the door or, in this case the woodwork, for the second time in two minutes.

Jamie Paterson again fires a shot at goal and Gavin Bazunu palms it away on to the post.

How on earth did that not go in!?

Jack Stephens gives the ball away cheaply in the box and Jamie Paterson jumps straight on it.

He squares it to Jerry Yates at the far post but Yates can't quite reach the ball in time to nudge it into the net and it bounces off the post instead.

Huge let off for Southampton there in what could have been a massive goal.

Harry Darling brings down Ryan Fraser and becomes the second Swans player shown a yellow card.

More changes for both sides.

Joe Allen comes on for Jay Fulton for Swansea.

While Stuart Armstrong is taken off for Sekou Mara and goalscorer Che Adams is replaced by Joe Rothwell, who comes on for his Southampton debut with 15 minutes still on the clock.

That was the chance, you think, for Swansea to pull one back.

They do really well down the wing through Josh Tymon and he pulls the ball back to Charlie Pantino, who has plenty of space and time to get a shot away.

It's lacking any real power and precision though and he scuffs it wide of the post and instantly puts his head in his hands.

Southampton are slowing things up, holding possession, and Swansea look a bit at a loss of where to go and what to do.

Those substitutions haven't brought any kind of instant change just yet.

I still think there are a couple of late goals in this one as Saints continue to wear Swansea down.

Eesh Southampton almost have a fourth.

Adam Armstrong breaks the line in on goal in a one-on-one with Carl Rushworth and puts the ball into the net, he is just a fraction offside though and the linesman rightly calls it.

There's still 25 minutes of regular play to go. How much will that influx of fresh legs help Swansea?

Jamal Lowe doesn't look to be 100% right as he sits down on the pitch and points towards his knee when the medical staff come on.

Jerry Yates pulls up his socks in the meantime to come on in his place.

Luke Williams takes the pause in play to make a triple change, bringing on Charlie Patino and Yannick Bolasie for Ryan Ashby and Luke Cullen.

This contest has been a little more even in the early stages of the second half, though Southampton always look capable of causing Swansea a problem.

Luke Williams' side need to find the next goal from somewhere if they are to have a chance of taking something from this game, but Saints look comfortable.

Williams may look to make changes, though his bench is not exactly overflowing with strong attacking options.

Russell Martin makes the first change of the day for Southampton, bringing on Jack Stephens for Taylor Harwood-Bellis.

So far so good for Saints boss Russell Martin.

He said emotions would be put aside on his return to former side Swansea today, and his side have certainly not been holding back so far.

He will like what he's been seeing this afternoon.

Southampton aren't quite running riot quite a rapidly as they were earlier, although - that being said - Adam Armstrong wins his side another corner breaking down the wing and in and behind the defence again.

Kyle Walker-Peters has a shot from the resulting set piece but it gets deflected onto the net.

Swansea are seeing more of the ball already in this opening few minutes of the second half and are keeping the ball.

That's a definite improvement from the first 45.

The Swansea keeper Rushworth does just enough to deny Che Adams at the back post, who was waiting to tap in Fraser's low cross.

Whatever the final score today, Carl Rushworth has made some fantastic saves.

Southampton break forward on the counter again and he dives down to palm away Ryan Fraser's cross when it would have surely been tapped straight in.
