HT: Bournemouth 0-1 Man City
A bit harsh, Dan. I thought Bournemouth did a pretty good job in that first half.

Bournemouth look like a team facing relegation, woeful.

Stones = class

Bournemouth 0-1 Man City
The whistle goes for half-time and Phil Foden's goal is the difference at the break.
Bournemouth 0-1 Man City
Bournemouth are finishing the half strongly as Ederson has to push away Ryan Christie's effort.
Bournemouth 0-1 Man City
Bournemouth fans are getting frustrated at the officials as they feel another decision goes against their side.
They do have a corner deep in stoppage time but they can't make it count.
Bournemouth 0-1 Man City
Marcus Tavernier gets away from the defence on the left and is onside. He opts to cross early but sends the ball too close to Ederson.
Bournemouth 0-1 Man City
Bournemouth defend well from the free-kick but it doesn't take long for Manchester City to get back on the attack. The hosts will just want to hold out at 1-0 here until the whistle goes for half-time.
Bournemouth 0-1 Man City
The corner comes to nothing but Bournemouth give away another easy free-kick as Rodri is bundled over.
Bournemouth 0-1 Man City
Bournemouth waste a good break as Marcus Tavernier gives the ball away. That allows Manchester City to break two-on-two but Adam Smith does well to knock the ball behind for a corner.
Bournemouth 0-1 Man City
Phil Foden goes for goal from the free-kick but can't keep his effort down.
Bournemouth 0-1 Man City
Good move down the right by Manchester City ends with John Stones being fouled by Lewis Cook, who is booked as a result.
Pep Guardiola's side now have a free-kick on the right corner of the box...
Bournemouth 0-1 Man City
Dominic Solanke is snapping away at Mateo Kovacic, eventually committing a foul and getting injured in the process. The Bournemouth striker is limping a bit now, but I think he'll be okay.

As expected City are settling into their rhythm and very much in control of the game.
I am looking for Bournemouth to disrupt City, they need to do a bit more and be more direct at times.
Bournemouth 0-1 Man City
Bernardo Silva tries to make a run down the right but he is halted by a decent sliding tackle.
On the whole Bournemouth are defending well but were undone by a quality passage of play for the opener.

Re Al 17:47 . I too am a Liverpool fan and fantasy football player. I have Foden , Haaland and De bruyne . But would happily take them all getting straight reds . No conflict. Ynwa.
Jon
@Al @1747 This is what I refer to as a FPL silver lining situation. Real life trumps fantasy, so always want Man City to lose, but if Haaland scores, then FPL is the silver lining. Obv ideal is Haaland scores and City lose

Bournemouth 0-1 Man City
As things stand Manchester City are moving to within a point of leaders Liverpool. With Arsenal playing later this evening the pressure keeps being put on the teams at the top to keep on winning.

Bournemouth need to stay in the game and they need to find a way of stopping this wave after wave threat that Man City keeps throwing at teams, it just grinds teams down.
If Bournemouth go 2-0 down it will be a very long game for them.
Bournemouth 0-1 Man City
Bournemouth have the opportunity to respond with a free-kick. The ball is sent in and it is awkward for Ederson, who comes off his line to punch away.
Bournemouth 0-1 Man City
It is now 11 Premier League games in a row in which Manchester City have scored. Even though they hadn't started this game at their best they stayed patient and got their reward.
The visitors are flying now as Bernardo Silva bends a shot just wide.
