You don't want to start trying to replace Sam Kerr because she is a player you are probably never going to be able to replace.
You've got the likes of Mia Fishel who is in her debut season at the club, she will be looking to lead the line with the likes of Lauren James playing off her, Fran Kirby and Aggie Beever-Jones can play that role too.
There is still time in the transfer market too, so it is yet to be seen if Chelsea will bring someone in.
It is now about adapting. Even if you bring someone in they won't be Sam Kerr, so it is about adapting and other players stepping up to the plate too.

Tonight’s permutations are pretty simple for Chelsea in that they know a victory will send them through to the knockout stages.
Finishing top of the group is also a key priority and this was something manager Emma Hayes stressed in her media conference this week.
Chelsea will want to avoid meeting any of the big hitters - particularly Barcelona and Lyon - until the final, so winning the group will help them do that.
Last season they had to overcome Lyon in the quarter-finals and they eventually came unstuck when they met champions Barcelona in the semi-finals.
Everyone knows it’s Hayes’ last season at the club and the trophy she has long craved - the Champions League - is absolutely at the top of Chelsea’s wish list.
There is little doubt they will not progress to the knockout stages but Chelsea still need to get the job done tonight before they can think about the trophy.

The BBC has launched a new dedicated women's football podcast.
Each week, Ben Haines and England's record goalscorer Ellen White are joined by current WSL players to discuss the latest news in domestic and international leagues, and current talking points around the women's game.
New episodes are released every Wednesday, and this week Liverpool defender Taylor Hinds is the guest as they discuss Lauren James' performance, the pressure on Manchester United, Liverpool's season so far and more.

Real Madrid kicked off their Champions League campaign by holding Chelsea to a 2-2 draw, but things haven't got any better since then.
They lost 2-1 away to Hacken, 2-1 away to Paris FC, and 1-0 at home to the French side in their following three fixtures.
That means Real, who are currently third in the Spanish league, have already been knocked out of European competition with two group stage games remaining.

Chelsea could finish top of Group D tonight - and winning the group is beneficial.
Teams who finish top are seeded in the quarter-final draw and will play a guaranteed home second leg, so for Chelsea that means a game at Stamford Bridge in the second leg of their first knockout tie.
If the Blues win tonight, they will win the group after Hacken drew with Paris FC in in the group's early kick-off.
Well, the early Champions League games have already provided a whole host of drama.
Bayern Munich's hopes of staying in the competition have remained in tact after late heroics by striker Lea Schuller.
They were 1-0 down until she equalised in the 87th minute, Roma looked to have won it in the third minute of added time, but Schuller then scored in the sixth added minute to make it 2-2.
In Sweden, it's ended 0-0 between Hacken and Paris FC in the other game in Group D - Chelsea's group.
That means a win for Chelsea tonight will not only mean they qualify for the quarter-finals, but will also mean they win the group.

Chelsea manager Emma Hayes became the first woman to win the Football Writers' Assocation's Tribute award on Sunday.
She said it was "worrying" that she was the first, despite being the 42nd recipient.
"We're here, we can't go backwards," she said.
"All I really wanted as a child was role models. To think [children today] have them is my favourite achievement."

We've reached 2024, and that means it's the final year with Emma Hayes in charge of Chelsea.
She'll depart the club at the end of the season after 12 years with the Blues.
"I don't think they'll be mixed, I'll be absolutely distraught," she said at the FWA awards.
"I'm a bit of a sobber. I think I'll cry my eyes out for the last few weeks.
"I think I'm now at a point where I'm looking forward to being in the crowd, coming back and hopefully watching Chelsea in many finals.
"I've done my bit and I certainly hope they welcome me back as a fan because that's how I see myself."
Hayes has only missed out on one piece of silverware as Chelsea boss - the Champions League. Will her side qualify for the knockouts tonight as she looks to overcome one last hurdle in her final season?

Ellen White
Former England striker on BBC Women's Football Weekly podcast
I thought Chelsea performed really well against Manchester United at the weekend. They turned the gas off a little bit in the second half, but that first half was just ridiculous.
I think they might have had a rocket from Emma [Hayes] – you could see it, every challenge, covering every inch of grass.
I thought the midfield were unbelievable for Chelsea, but in that second half they were just going to town. I think if Lauren hadn’t gotten the hat-trick Erin Cuthbert would have gotten Player of the Match because she was everywhere.

Chelsea are back at Stamford Bridge tonight after a commanding performance on Sunday ensured they retained their three-point advantage at the top of the Women's Super League.
They beat Manchester United 3-1 in their last Women's Super League game, with Lauren James providing all three goals.

Chelsea manager Emma Hayes says her side will not underestimate a "dangerous" Real Madrid despite the Spanish team being unable to qualify from their Champions League group.
"They will fear nothing," Hayes said in her pre-match news conference.
"There's nothing more dangerous than playing a team who has nothing to play for.
"It's a dangerous place for us if our mentality is to rule them out of the game and it's something we won't be doing."
Hayes said it is "critical" for her side to win the group and "we expect that for ourselves".
"Everybody would expect us to be favourites going into the game," she added.
"However, it's Real Madrid, they have a quality squad, a lot of internationals, they did score against us and draw with us in the reverse fixture so we know what we have to do."

This game is huge for Chelsea, but it is in their hands.
They will want to set the tone of the game, and set the standards for going through and into the next stage. They are at home tonight against Madrid, who are already out, and they will want to make sure they finish top of the group.
Playing against a team like who have nothing to play for is a very dangerous game. The pressure comes off and that team will play with a lot more freedom, and Chelsea will be well aware of that.

Former Chelsea defender Gilly Flaherty is on co-commentary for BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra tonight.
I had a quick chat with her in the media room while munching on a chocolate biscoff brownie (life changing by the way)!
She reckons Chelsea are going to win but thinks it could be a similar tale to the 4-1 win over Paris FC.
"It was nervy for 45 minutes when they were drawing and then they just turned it up for the second half," said Flaherty.
"I think it will be a similar game to that one. Although don't listen to me, I said West Ham v Tottenham would be 0-0 on Sunday!"
(It ended 4-3 to Spurs...)
Chelsea v Real Madrid (20:00 GMT)
The other game in Chelsea's Champions League group kicked off at 17:45 GMT, and Hacken and Paris FC are currently drawing 0-0. If it remains that way then Chelsea will win the group with a win tonight.
In Group C, England midfielder Georgia Stanway's Bayern Munich side are losing 1-0 to Roma.
In that group's other game, Ajax take on Paris St-Germain at 20:00 GMT. If Bayern lose and PSG win, Bayern will be eliminated.
With every other top-flight side playing in the League Cup, you might be wondering why Chelsea haven't played a game yet in the tournament.
A quirk of its structure means that those who play in the group stage of the Champions League receive a bye to the quarter finals.
So, Chelsea could reach the final after playing just two games.
In fact, that's what they did last year - and so did winners Arsenal - as they lost the final 3-1.
