Real Madrid 0-0 RB Leipzig (1-0 agg)

Real Madrid think they've had their first shot on target, with Toni Kroos curling an effort at goal and Peter Gulacsi acrobatically leaping to his left to get a hand to it.

But the referee pulls it back after a foul from Jude Bellingham before it fell to Kroos so it wouldn't have counted, even if it had nestled in the top corner.

RB Leipzig's Xavi Simons flights in a free-kick 30 yards out and Lois Openda is coming in around the back post.

  13. Postpublished at 21:07 Greenwich Mean Time 6 March

Real Madrid 0-0 RB Leipzig (1-0 agg)

So close for RB Leipzig. Real goalkeeper Andriy Lunin makes a rash decision, coming to the edge of his penalty area on the right side. Lois Openda skips around him but is too close to the touchline so has to cut back inside and that gives Lunin a second chance to dive on the ball and stop the Leipzig man getting a shot away.

The keeper got away with that one.
