Should have been 2-1, the best chance for Newcastle. It's a great move, but Isak has got to score with his quality. It's a good save but that's got to be nestling in the back of the net.

He gets it down and keeps it on target but in a game of this magnitude, and the few chances you get, you've got to score. Those chances won't come along too often.

Ohh Alexander Isak is absolutely gutted not to have scored there.

He will have expected to score that.

I think Bernardo Silva will be appreciated more when he leaves, similar to David Silva. He is so intelligent and he can play anywhere on the football pitch.

Newcastle will be really disappointed with this. Two almost identical goals which you just don't want to concede, particularly against a side like Manchester City.

I think it's come off Botman's head. It's another poor goal to concede. Width from Walker, Dan Burn gets caught again. City get lucky again, but it's that right side once again.

They are two far off Bernardo Silva, it's too easy to step inside. You need to get closer to block things and make tackles.

Bernardo Silva has been lucky twice, great players don't tend to celebrate lucky goals.

Phil Foden has a crack from range but it flies miles over. He did hit a peach in the derby so I think he can be let off for that one.

City's patience is incredible to watch sometimes, one of the hardest things to do in football is to stay patient sometimes and Pep Guardiola gives them the freedom to do that.

Manchester City are just casually knocking the ball around the edge of the Newcastle penalty area and the visitors are allowing them to do so.

Better from Newcastle, good defending from Akanji, he didn't dive in. Newcastle are trying to get on the front foot and that is when Newcastle are at their best.

Newcastle win a free kick and take it quickly but lose momentum as Jacob Murphy can't get it under control.

That's not a yellow card, surely? That's not really a yellow card, there's no need for it. I like Simon Hooper but that was unnecessary as far as I was concerned.
