In terms of the drivers' championship, Max Verstappen leads Charles Leclerc by nine points.

Sergio Perez, in third, is only six points off Leclerc thanks to that win and, just 15 away from his Red Bull team-mate.

Really great to see Sergio Perez winning. He was saying he was wearing a Pedro Rodriguez tribute helmet. Rodriguez won two grand prix - the 1967 South African Grand Prix and the 1970 Belgian Grand Prix - so he was the most successful Mexican racing driver of all time. Now Perez has taken his third win he has taken that record. Rodriguez died in 1971 very sadly.

Sergio Perez's race helmet this weekend was a tribute to Mexican driver Pedro Rodriguez.

Forget those Glasto sized podiums of Miami a few weeks ago, the intimacy of Monaco is what these drivers have been dreaming of.

Sergio Perez is in tears. You are not going to wipe that smile off his face for a very long time.

Great scenes as Checo climbs out of the car and celebrates wildly with his Red Bull team.

Fastest lap went to Lando Norris. Extra point on the board for the McLaren man.

Charles Leclerc must have smashed a mirror seven years ago, walked under a ladder, crossed paths with a black cat. How is it possible to have this much rotten luck at your home grand prix?
