Well, isn't this just brewing up beautiful?
Just four shots cover the top 13 players and there are plenty of shots to be lost and found out there.
Bubba Watson, our overnight leader, has reached the turn with par at the ninth. He has played the front nine in 38 to drop back to five under, sharing the lead with Scandinavian pair Jonas Blixt and Thomas Bjorn (half an ABBA?). If you can bear to keep up for the rest of the night, Mike Henson will talk you through it.
John Senden's two-footer for birdie gets him back to two under. What was that huge roar for? Fred Couples birdie at 11. The grand old master of Augusta is one under.
I tell you what, the roars are getting louder...
Lucy Johnstone:, external Bubba, Bjorn and Blixt leading. Sounds like an interesting band name.
Ah, not to be for Westwood, he slides his birdie chance on 16 left and has a knee-knocker for par. Bubba Watson in the centre of a fairway as wide as a football pitch. His approach ends in Jonas Blixt country. What about John Senden? Wonderful second, spinning and bouncing towards the pin? Dropping for eagle? No! But it's a gimme birdie.
Ever fancied one of those fancy multi-camera home security CCTV systems that you can control from your laptop or tablet?
Why not load up the BBC's live coverage at the top of this page and you can pretend there hordes of graphite-wielding men roaming around your beautifully manicured country grounds?
Or you could use it as intended and switch between live BBC Two coverage and dedicated cameras bringing you the action from Amen Corner, following defending champion Adam Scott or delivering the best from holes 15 and 16.
BBC Radio 5 live have infiltrated every corner of the Augusta National and are bringing you updates on analogue and digital radio and online.
Lee Westwood again! Off the tee at the par-three 16th, just past the pin, leaving an eight-footer for yet another birdie. Are you keeping up? Getting excited? There's still a whole day and a bit to go. By my reckoning there's at least 16 players in with a shout here. A second birdie in as many for Matt Kuchar takes him to four under.
Jay Townsend
BBC Radio 5 live summariser
"I think it's more exciting today. Back to what we expect and lots of cheers going on. There's eagles out there. I think it will be more difficult this afternoon as these guys deal with the pressure."
There has never been a Scandinavian major winner. At the moment, a Dane and Swede are part of a three-way tie for the lead at the Masters. Jonas Blixt and Thomas Bjorn both birdie the ninth, Blixt's the result of a rattling 25-footer. It. Is. All. Happening.
Gerry, Gerry, Gerry (that's Bubba's real name). Birdie putt not given the legs and he has to settle for par on eight. Lee Westwood, Lee Westwood, Lee Westwood! An absolute monster on 15, he's almost hit that from a different state. Will it, will it? No! It thought about it, but wouldn't drop. Tap in for birdie, Westwood to three under.
Matt Tyrer:, external Jordan Spieth looks pretty handy - age 20 & already 13th in world?! Not too shabby. Lovely swing too. Keeping eye on him
Lee Westwood on the 15th, carrying the water at the front of the green with his second, making the dancefloor to leave a monster for eagle. Clumsy chip by Bubba on the eighth means his birdie putt is far, far from a gimme. A par there would be a wasted opportunity.
American golfer Zach Johnson on Twitter:, external Not playing on the weekend sure stinks. Especially the Masters. Game still feels good and my health is MUCH improved. Thx for ALL the Support this week! Just a humbling amount of support in Masters week each and every year. Can't wait for next year...if they'll have me back!
Bubba Watson unlucky on the par-five eighth. Driver, then a whack with an iron the best part of 600 yards, straight at the pin. An kicking bounce and he's at the back of the green, about 15ft from an eagle. Decent chance to get at least one shot back.
Matt Kuchar, tied third and eighth in the past two years, rattles the back of the cup at 13 to earn a birdie and move three under, two behind the rapidly reversing Watson. Jordan Spieth, Thomas Bjorn and Jonas Blixt continue their pursuit on four under.
Justin Rose, who finished the day on one under: "It was a rollercoaster of a round. I got into a nice rhythm around the turn, then picked up an eagle at 13 and got a bit lucky at 15.
"I felt I had the opportunity to get down to three under, but I am still in it.
"I saw Bubba struggling on seven just there so I think I am right in it.
"Those of us in the clubhouse are in the hands of the leaders, but I am in a much better place than I was on Thursday."
Par five, 570 yards
An uphill hole, that demands an accurate drive in order to avoid the right-hand side fairway bunker. Mounds on the front left are the only protection for the long, narrow, bunkerless green. Australia's Bruce Devlin scored the second albatross in Masters history here in 1967.
