Spieth +4, Casey +6, Koepka -3 (12)
Jordan Spieth has settled the ship somewhat. Three pars open up the back nine for the American, who seems not to be over-analysing things at the moment.
Americans Brooks Koepka and Bryson DeChambeau lead Masters on -6 after first round at Augusta
48-year-old Phil Mickelson birdies last to reach -5
Poulter leading European on -4 alongside USA's Dustin Johnson
Scott & Rahm -3, Wood & Fowler -2, Fleetwood -1
McIlroy two bogeys at end to finish +1
Champion Reed +1, Rose & Spieth +3, Casey +9
Jonathan Jurejko and Luke Reddy

Johnson -3 (12) DeChambeau -3 (12) Kisner -3 (15)
We suddenly have an eight-way tie for the lead!
Dustin Johnson birdies 12, Bryson DeChambeau ditto and Kevin Kisner - a recent winner on the PGA Tour - does the same on 15.
The birdies are raining down. Like the wet season, we are briefly drowning. Unfortunately Paul Casey, Justin Rose and Jordan Spieth are having their very own drought.
Spieth +4, Casey +6, Koepka -3 (12)
Oh no! Paul Casey splashes out of the back bunker on 12 and ends up... at the front of the bunker. He was scared of over-hitting it and ending up in the drink on the other side.
No such problem for playing partner Brooks Koepka... a one-handed rise of the putter greets his ball hitting the plastic of the cup.
A birdie for the three-time major champ and he's into a share of the lead....
Woosnam +8 (18)
Shout out to Ian Woosnam today. The former champion was accurate off the tee but did not get his rewards it's fair to say, ending eight over.
Mickelson -1 (12), Koepka -2 (11) Rose +4 (12)
Phil Mickelson stands over a birdie putt on 12, the birds tweeting around him. He strokes it beautifully, dead weight, makes the cup, hangs, drops.
Classic Phil. Ugly bogey on 11, birdie on 12. Was that a fist clench by the three-time champion.
Back on the 11th Brooks Koepka putts from the state of Florida, across state lines, into Georgia, onto the course and watches this massive effort bounce out of the cup.
Justin Rose looks fed up. Plain fed up as he saves par on 12. Grinding.

Starter: Irish smoked salmon served on soda bread with dill and capers.
Main: Fillet steak, blistered green beans and roast potatoes.
Dessert: My own recipe for sticky toffee pudding, would clearly be better than Iain's!

Mickelson E (11), DeChambeau -2 (12)
Phil Mickelson gets out of 11 with bogey despite finding both the trees and water. A lovely flop from the drop zone gets him out of jail in many ways but then, he is a true escape artist on the course with a short game packed with aces.
Bryson DeChambeau constructing a lovely round... rolling home for birdie on 12 after a sumptuous tee shot.
Day -1 (12)
Injured or not Australia's Jason Day isn't exactly treading water. He limps off the 12th with a hip issue still forcing an ugly limp. Day has the look of a boxer sporting a heavy cut. You wonder if he will see out the four days here.

Rose +4 (10)
Andrew Magee
PGA Tour winner on BBC Radio 5 live
Justin Rose has two par fives on the back nine.
The wind is picking up but if he could finish with a couple of birdie or two, a 73 it would not be bad score.
Rose goes for birdie from the edge of the 11th green and leaves himself a few feet for par.
Mickelson -1 (10), DeChambeau -1 (11)
Phil Mickelson splashes.
He got greedy, shooting from the trees on 11 and that ball was wet from the second he caught it.
Big Phil has been at Augusta since last week in order to get time in on the course. All the workouts in the world though mean little when your mind tells you to take something high risk on.
We'll come back to you with what he cards there, meanwhile Bryson DeChambeay whips up some whoops on 12 as he drills one at the flag on the par three - big birdie chance to come.
Fleetwood -1 (18)
England's Tommy Fleetwood, who carded a one-under 71: "I'm happy to be done, I played really well for the first eight then had a really tough last 10 - I struggled.
"The course is so tough, there is no let up at all, any time of the day. So to be one under, I'm happy to beat the golf course and leave.
"I don't think I was miles away but I struggled to counteract that face and it is difficult in that wind. But I did a good job of hanging in there. The pins were tough today, giving you virtually nothing."
So if you've just joined us, Rory McIlroy has finished one over after a yo-yo round. His playing partner Rickie Fowler got things going on the back nine, nailing three birdies to finish up two under.
Elsewhere, Dustin Johnson has just failed to read a break in the 10th green to take bogey, only to stride up and drain a 20 footer on 11 - birdie and back to two under.
The likes of Bryson DeChambeau, Phil Mickelson and Jason Day all plodding along nicely at one under.
Tough out there. Few fireworks, a whole lot of grind.
Kizzire -2 (18)
Another leader is munched by the 18th. Patton Kizzire is the latest to finish with a dropped shot, missing from a few feet before tapping in for a bogey.
Still a good day's work for the tall American, who did not make the weekend on his only previous appearance at Augusta last year.
That leaves Justin Harding, Adam Scott and Jon Rahm leading the way.
Woods -2 (F)
Four-time Masters champion Tiger Woods seems pretty pleased after a decent first round score of two under par.
And why wouldn't he be? His driver was out of the bag a fair bit and he's just one stroke off the lead as things stand.
"That was a bit of a grind - they had a few different pins out there that were a surprise. But we had a look before going out and I felt like I executed my plan all the way round," he told Sky Sports.
"With the Augusta National they like to do things slightly different every now and again. They like to give a different look to it like the pin position at the third hole but they did a pretty good job setting the course up.
"It was a good solid day. I tried to take care of the par fives when I could and I tried to stay mistake free. Obviously there were a couple of bogeys but overall I'm just one back from the lead and it’s a good positive start."
Tiger has been chatting to the cameras after his opening round...

Spieth +4 (9)
What is going wrong for Jordan Spieth? Everything it seems. The three-time major winner looks a shadow of the player who was dominating the game three years ago.
He's already three over after eight - then has a nightmare on the ninth. The American can't find the green in two, but that's just the start. Leaving his chip short has disastrous consequences, rolling back down to his feet.
Another bogey leaves him four over. Only eight players have fared worse than the 2015 champ -including veterans Ian Woosnam, Fred Couples and Angel Cabrera, plus amateur Kevin O'Connell.
McIlroy +1 (18)
Rory McIlroy scrambling like an egg at a greasy spoon on 18. Left off the tee, he's lucky to have space between trees. Up to the green, he goes left and will have to chip uphill to the pin. Does so, nice shot at last, 10ft left for par and a round of 72.
This feels big, the type of putt which means a lot psychologically. He rolls her, softly, breaks, misses.
That's a round of one over - six dropped shots in his 18.
We'll bring you his reaction.
