...welcome to the jungle.
The field have been getting acquainted with some of the more remote bits of Augusta National.
Oosthuizen -5 (7), Thomas -4 (15), Scott -4 (8)
And, if you're like our man Scriv at Augusta and near the 15th green (see 20:18 entry), then you've just seen a treat. Justin Thomas has eagled the par five to move into the pack on four under, alongside a couple of other major winners in the shape of Adam Scott and Louis Oosthuizen.
Hang on... Oosthuizen has just birdied the seventh to go five under. The former Open champ is four under after seven holes!
Day -7 (16) DeChambeau -3 (16)
Bryson DeChambeau looks like the kid who has been told Santa isn't coming as his par putt slides away on 16. A torrid day.
Jason Day looks like the kid who got a games console and a load of cash as he joins the lead wth a nine footer downed on the par-three 16th.
An Australian and an Italian lead the Masters. What have you got America?
Woods -2 (5)
Tiger Woods clenches a buttock and winces in agony. His par-saving putt runs away from the edge.
Back to two under.

I could spend all day nipping between the 13th, 15th and 16th greens. All three are within a couple of minutes walk of each other and, when Tiger's not around, it's easy to navigate.
There's a beautiful spot, the closest you can get as a patron to the 13th green, that also affords superb views of the tee shot back down 14.
And if you skip across the 14th fairway, you come out right about where Sergio Garcia was lobbing balls into the water on 15 last year.
Once the players have putted out on 15, you've just got time to nip across that fairway and scoot (walking quickly of course) round the back of a stand and there's the 16th green and 17th in front of you.
There's barely a breath of wind down there today, it's hard to believe thunderstorms are heading our way.
Fitzpatrick +1 (18)
Jordan Spieth is four under for the day - but that's not quite setting the pace for the best round of the day so far.
He's one behind leader Francesco Molinari and England's Matt Fitzpatrick in that regard.
Fitzpatrick knocked in four birdies and an eagle in his final seven holes - a run-in which his beloved Sheffield United will be happy with as they chase promotion to the Premier League.
Shame he carded a six-over 78 yesterday. No Matt, that's not a joke... it happened.
Molinari -7 (F)
Francesco Molinari takes the scenic route with a long-range birdie putt at 18, riding the ramps and ridges of the green to leave himself with a three-footer to sign off on a bogey-free round and a clubhouse lead.
Down it goes.
A five-under 67 today, seven under overall. The man to beat.
McIlroy +2 (4)
I've just had a look at other events that have survived the influx of golf fans to Augusta.
If Rory McIlroy needs to make his own entertainment this weekend there is a jazz evening at Jamestown community centre.
Anyone at four over or worse is going home early.
Spieth -1, Casey +10, Koepka -5 (14)
This is more like the Jordan Spieth that we all remember. Not the lookalike who has been doubling for the three-time major winner recently.
The American, who has dropped to 33rd in the world, is mounting a Bros-style comeback. Without the wince-inducing one-liners.
Spieth has earned successive birdies at 13 and 14, following two more around the turn, having rediscovered his touch on the greens.
His putting average of 1.46 today is not being bettered by many.
DeChambeau -4 Day -6 D Johnson -6 (all after 15)
Light work made of 15 by the group of Jason Day, Bryson DeChambeau and Dustin Johnson. It's a full house of birdies. Job done.
Woods -3 (4)
Tiger Woods tips the peak of his cap to acknowledge the green-side gallery.
The four-time champ has found the centre of the hole with his seven-foot birdie putt.
Three under is a share of 11th. Definitely in contact...
Poulter - 5 (18)
Ian Poulter... 11ft.... birdie chance... 18th hole... to move within one of the Masters lead... sends it... close... misses.
That will see him home in a round of one under and right in the thick of things.
Molinari -7 (17)
Oh, so close to another birdie for Francesco Molinari , but he can't quite reel in a nine-footer on 17.
His lead remains at two shots.
Rahm -5 (3)
Another big-hitter has entered the five-under ring in golf's Royal Rumble. Jon 'Rahmbo' Rahm produces a couple of quick sharpshooters - birdies at two and three - to make it a six-strong group just behind leader Francesco Molinari.
Woods -2 (3)
Steady as she goes for Tiger Woods on three. It could have been even better than the par he ends up with, but his little tickle onto green runs away from him.
Koepka -5 (13)
Tweet, tweet. Chances everywhere. Like Mickelson and Rose before him, Brooks Koepka is eyeing an eagle on the 13th.
But his putting, which has not been the strongest part of his game so far at Augusta, lets him down. A three-putt from 30ish feet leaves an aghast Koepka scratching his chin.
The chance disappears quicker than an Ibizan sunset.
McIlroy +2 (2)
It was all looking rosy for Rory McIlroy after two shots on the par-five second.
A decent spot just off the fairway to clip up to the pin, but he plugs it into the bunker in front.
A splash out. A 20-foot putt to save par and the ball tip-toes by.
He is two over. Never mind the title, missing the cut might be likelier now.
DeChambeau -3 (14) Poulter -5 (17)
Ian Poulter hits the middle of the 18th fairway. Our former leader Bryson DeChambeau is on the 15th tee. Man if anyone needs a birdie it's him right now. Par five to come. It has to be big Bryson...
Mickelson -5, Rose +1, Thomas -2 (13)
Forty-something and fabulous. Phil Mickelson moves back into tied second with a birdie on the par-five 13th. A majestic second shot gave him hope of an eagle, but his ball refused to be hoovered in by the hole.
But that has been bettered by one of his playing partners... Justin Rose. Come on down! The Englishman's ball is inside Mickelson's, sinking a five-foot putt to move two under for the day.
Poulter -5 (17)
Ian Poulter has a big two holes ahead of him. If he ends on five under he'll be in great shape for the weekend.
A majestic touch on the 17th sees him dink a chip close, that'll be a safe par.
Can he get home with one more?
