Now on to the stories so far on day three...
I'm not sure exactly how they work these things out but, according to Data Golf's live predictive model,, external here were the top 10 win probabilities at 21:00 BST. Come back to me in the wee small hours on Monday and ask me how much we should read into them:
Li Haotong is the first man ranked outside the top 100 to be leading a major after 36 holes since Ricky Barnes at the 2009 US Open.
The American was still leading after the third round but ultimately finished tied for second, two shots behind compatriot Lucas Glover, who missed the cut yesterday on three over.
And what happened to Ricky Barnes? He reached 58 in the world in 2010 but the 39-year-old hasn't played in a major since 2011.
All times BST - US unless stated
22:10 Lanto Griffin, Xander Schauffele
22.20 Paul Casey (Eng), Brendon Todd
22.30 Mike Lorenzo-Vera (Fra), Cameron Champ
22:40 Brooks Koepka, Justin Rose (Eng)
22:50 Jason Day (Aus), Daniel Berger
23:00 Li Haotong (Chn), Tommy Fleetwood (Eng)
-8 Li Haotong (Chn)
-6 Tommy Fleetwood (Eng), Justin Rose (Eng), Jason Day (Aus), Brooks Koepka (US), Daniel Berger (US), Mike Lorenzo-Vera (Fra)
-5 Paul Casey (Eng), Cameron Champ (US), Brendon Todd (US), Brendan Steele (4) (US)
If Li Haotong finishes on top of the leaderboard by close of play on Sunday then I will change my Twitter profile to 'Li Haotong Is Golf' for a week.
It's not that I don't think he can't win the US PGA, it's just the chasing pack includes Brooks Koepka, who has won the past two US PGAs, Jason Day, Justin Rose, Tommy Fleetwood, Dustin Johnson and Daniel Berger.
Prove me wrong Li, prove me wrong.
So join us for the third round of the 2020 US PGA.
