18:08 BST 6 September 20211UP Nordqvist v Thompson (5)
Is it Christmas yet? The Europeans are giving their US counterparts one or two gifts at present.
Anna Nordqvist misses a 10-foot putt to win the hole after seemingly getting a perfect read from Lexi Thompson.
Thompson isn't for giving the Swede her third either forcing Nordqvist back to tidy up.

18:05 BST 6 September 20211UPMaguire v Kupcho (3)
Chance missed? Jennifer Kupcho makes a right hash of a shot putt for par giving Leona Maguire a par put to go two up.
Ain't happening though, as the 26-year-old slides her putt left.
Bogey. Bogey.

18:03 BST 6 September 20211UP Nordqvist v Thompson (4)
Some huge cheers on the fourth as Lexi Thompson smashes her approach close to the pin after taking a big clump out of the fairway.
Can she draw level here? Nope Anna Nordqvist nails a long putt to halve the hole.

18:02 BST 6 September 20211UP Hall v Korda (2)
Georgia Hall misses the second green, short and right. Nelly Korda is also short and right of the hole. Sadly for Europe, she's only three feet short and six feet right of the hole.
The American is looking good to get back to level pegging but she takes two to be in for a birdie four.
Hall has already chipped up to about five feet. So she has this for the half. Solid. Retains her lead.

17:59 BST 6 September 2021Koerstz Madsen v Ernst
Denmark's Nanna Koerstz Madsen has talked a lot about having nerves on the first tee but she doesn't show any as she whips her driver out and bashes her ball down the fairway.
She just runs off but that'll be okay. Austin Ernst also had the big dog out. Another decent tee shot. Hold on. Is that in the bunker?

17:55 BST 6 September 2021Sagstrom A/S Ewing (3)
First half of the match on the third after Ewing is left with just a couple of feet at most to match Sagstrom. She takes a bit longer than standard over it before knocking it in, but the stakes are pretty high and the greens quick enough to get your attention on even the short ones.

17:54 BST 6 September 20211UP Maguire v Kupcho (2)
How good is that?
Leona Maguire's temperament must have been a big factor in Catriona Matthew playing her in all five matches and she looks totally nerveless as she rolls in a eagle to win the hole.

17:53 BST 6 September 20211UP Hall v N Korda (1)
Nelly Korda is out with an eight-iron into the par-four first.
It's right on line but she can't get the ball to bite on the green and it hops and skips its way to the back edge, about 40 feet beyond the hole.
She can only knock her third shot six feet beyond the hole.
Meanwhile, Georgia Hall is also about six feet away in three. The Englishwoman confidently strokes it in.
Nelly for the half? Pushes it. Three-putt bogey.

17:50 BST 6 September 2021Boutier v Harigae
Celine Boutier has just one half to her name this weekend after a brilliant 4-0-0 record at Gleneagles in the last Solheim Cup.
She takes the big dog out and launches her drive right down the middle.
Captain's pick Mina Harigae played beautifully yesterday, especially with the putter, and won a point with her fellow rookie Yealimi Noh.
Harigae likes a bit of background crowd noise on the first tee and sends her drive down the right hand side, maybe just nestled up against the collar of the rough but seems safe enough.

17:50 BST 6 September 2021Maguire A/S Kupcho (1)
A smattering of polite applause on the second as Leona Maguire stiffs an iron shot onto the putting surface.
Textbook stuff from the Irish player off the fairway.
Jennifer Kupcho plays what looks like a hybrid out of the left bunker, she catches it cleanly enough but lacks a bit of control and sees it veer off right into a bunker protecting the green.
Still at least she doesn't have to do the raking.

Big smile and look of relief as Lexi Thompson drains a eight footer on the par three.
But Anna Nordqvist does the same for par to halve the hole.

17:43 BST 6 September 2021Sagstrom A/S Ewing (2)
This time it's Ewing who finds some trouble in the sand with her approach dropping into the greenside bunker and her escape can only get to about 15 feet.
Sagstrom is in for a birdie four ont he par five and Ewing can't match that as her putt just takes a late break to the right - the pace was wonderful but it still means Europe answer right back to square this match.

17:42 BST 6 September 2021Maguire A/S Kupcho (1)
Leona Maguire is the only player to feature in all five matches this week.
She made a rapido start on the first in Sunday's fourballs picking up a birdie, but this time her iron shot doesn't quite have the legs to run on from the plateau at the front of the first green.
Still she responds by pushing her putt down to a couple of feet, reading the turn on the green perfectly.
Jennifer Kupcho has a tiddler to save the hole and makes it.

17:39 BST 6 September 2021Hall v N Korda
Georgia Hall has won 1½ points from three matches this week. One win in the fourballs and a half and a defeat in the foursomes.
The 2018 Women's Open champion is up against the world number one in Nelly Korda.
Fair to say Nelly has not had a great week, with just one point out of three matches. And she was clearly off colour in yesterday's foursomes, chunking a wedge, under-hitting a chip, thinning a shot out of a bunker into a stream...
Both players were rested for Sunday's fourballs. Will that have done them any good?
Hall drives first. Into the rough. Korda... splits the fairway.
Nordqvist wins the secondpublished at 17:36 British Summer Time 6 September 2021
17:36 BST 6 September 20211UP Nordqvist v Thompson (2)
Oh that's horrible. Lexi Thompson has a dreadful lie on the banking and completely shanks her shot out and right.
That means she's up again, putting from downtown. Not a bad recovery from the American who nudges one down the slope and sees it come to a rest four(ish) feet from the pin.
Anna Nordqvist judges her putts well to take the hole for Europe with a par.

17:33 BST 6 September 2021Nordqvist A/S Thompson (1)
Crikey. The golf course hasn't half firmed up.
Anna Nordqvist goes flag hunting on the second and pitches on at the front at the green only to see her ball skip on and trickle away down to the back of the green.
Lexi Thompson now up but finds the right bunker. Is she in the sand or just on the banking? Either way looks like this could be a horrible lie.
