  1. Nelly Korda gets point for USpublished at 21:33 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    Hall loses 1UP to N Korda 1UP

Georgia Hall splashes out of the sand on 18 but she's not threatening the hole.

That leaves Nelly Korda with two shots to win the match. The world number one plays the most delicate of chips and watches her ball roll down to withing six inches.

    Game done.

  2. Altomare claws a hole backpublished at 21:31 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    1UP Ciganda v Altomare (13)

Lovely putt from Brittany Altomare on the 13th. That gives the American a birdie and the hole. She's one behind Carlota Ciganda.

    1UP Pedersen v Kang (11)

Emily Pedersen looking very calm and collected out there as she prepares to birdie the 11th to tie the hole.

She does - and she even gets a couple of shouts of 'Outstanding, Emily' and a 'Go On Europe' .

Well ok then. If you insist.

    Koerstz Madsen A/S Ernst (15)

Big miss. Austin Ernst slides a 10-foot putt past on the 15th having not quite read that right.

Nanna Koerstz Madsen is all square and back in business.

    Hall v Korda 1UP (17)

Both players are feeling the nerves on the 18th tee.

Georgia Hall leaks her drive out right and into a fairway bunker. That's not a great lie either. Downhill lie. Back of the bunker.

Nelly Korda tugs her effort left. But she's in trampled down grass. Decent break.

Nelly is first to play. 135 yards. Just needs a half to win the match remember. Straight at the flag. Races through the green and into fringe rough.

Georgia from the sand... taking a long time to decide what approach she's going to take. That's not great. Bunker to bunker.

  6. Korda all square with Hullpublished at 21:26 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    Hull A/S J.Korda (11)

Wow! The tee is up on 11 and Jessica Korda has ripped a fairway wood which takes a nice soft bounce on the fringe of the green and makes its way down towards the hole and almost in for what would be an albatross!

It settles close enough for a stunning eagle to take us back to all square – even though Hull made a nice birdie!

  7. 'It was an honour to be put up first'published at 21:22 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    Nordqvist A/S Thompson (F)

Anna Nordqvist speaking to Sky Sports after halving her match with Lexi Thompson: "I played so well I really wish I could have got some putts to drop. The last one was so close.

"We both played so good and I am proud of myself and the team because it is not easy out there. The crowds are all against us and they don't really cheer for any good shots so we miss the European fans.

"The match we had in 2017 is one of the best in Solheim Cup history so I knew she was a tough player and she played fantastic today. You want to play a competitor who is playing well and I think we a re both happy with a tie. It was an honour to be put up first."

  8. Another match going down 18published at 21:20 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    Hall v N Korda 1UP (17)

Georgia Hall and Nelly Korda are going down the last!

The world number one misses a birdie putt from 15 feet to close out the match on the 17th. Hall concedes the par putt but is made to knock her own in from no more than 18 inches.

Will Hall snatch a half down the last? Let's find out...

  9. Pedersen regains lead in anchorpublished at 21:19 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    1UP Pedersen v Kang (10)

Danielle Kang putts for par at 10, but pushes it too far. She snatches at the ball in sheer frustration. There is no doubt they are keeping a watchful eye on the leaderboards.

A bogey to Pedersen's birdie will not help her mood.

  11. Nordqvist halves match with Thompsonpublished at 21:15 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    Nordqvist A/S Thompson (18)

Lots of chants of 'USA' as Anna Nordqvist and Lexi Thompson walk briskly down the 18th.

Thompson zips her third on to the left section of the green but Nordqvist responds in kind, tucking her shot inside the American's ball. Similar line. Will she get a good look at this.

Thompson, nudges her ball up the slope towards the cup. It looks good, good, ohhh. Close.

The American is smiling after that. Now here comes Nordqvist....that's a decent line. Is it in. Nope. Misses left. Gimme range though, so that match is halved.

  12. Salas makes it all-square againpublished at 21:11 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    Castren A/S Salas (13)

Lizette Salas claims two holes on the bounce now with two birdies in a row, and now we are back to all square.

Testing time now for Castren as she had a 15ft+ putt for the birdie to tie the hole and just missed.

She has always been able to respond when her lead has been cut - can she do it again?

    Onto the 14th we go.

  13. How's your luckpublished at 21:11 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    1UP Hull v J.Korda (10)

The golfing gods giveth and the golfing gods taketh away - not usually in consecutive shots though as has just happened to Charley Hull.

Yes, she got a great members' bounce on her approach to give her a shortish putt to win the hole, but as for what happened next...

It's not just a horseshoe, it's a 360 loop out with an extra bit of spin on the side of the cup on the way back. Not sure I've seen much like that before!

Anyway, the end result is Hull still leads by just one.

  14. Ciganda extends her leadpublished at 21:07 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    2UP Ciganda v Altomare (12)

Alongside Charley Hull and Anna Nordqvist, Carlota Ciganda is one of three players to feature in Europe's 2013 triumph in Colorado.

And it looks like she fancies a bit more of that, picking up a birdie on the 12th to strengthen her and Europe's position.

  16. Ernst leads Koerstz Madsenpublished at 21:03 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    Koerstz Madsen v Ernst 1UP (13)

Nanna Koerstz Madsen waves her putter in Austin Ernst's direction after missing a par putt on 13.

Looks very much like an acknowledgment that is hole is gone. Yep, it's a concession.

  17. Salas cuts Castren's lead to onepublished at 21:02 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    1UP Castren v Salas (12)

Uh oh - Matilda Castren bogeys the 12th, and Lizette Salas' par is enough to cut Castren's lead.

We could be in to some nail-biting stuff.

  18. Korda trails by just onepublished at 21:01 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    1UP Hull v J.Korda (9)

After a couple of missed chances for Hull, Korda makes her pay by winning the ninth hole and reducing the lead back down to just a single hole.

Hull's played better mostly but Korda is right in this.

  19. Kang makes it all-square at the turnpublished at 21:01 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    Pedersen A/S Kang (9)

Hang about - Danielle Kang birdies from about 8ft out, and she does what she does best, whipping up the watching crowd.

That birdie puts the anchor match all-square at the turn.

    Buckle-up people!

    Hall v N Korda 1UP (15)

While all that has been going on, Nelly Korda is still playing the 15th. She's finally in for a double-bogey six and immediately concedes the hole.

    Georgia Hall back in this.
