  1. Nordqvist & Thompson head to the 18thpublished at 21:00 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    Nordqvist A/S Thompson (17)

This really is a titanic tussle. Two of the games heavyweights slugging it out and matching each other shot for shot and hole by hole.

Anna Nordqvist now with a long-range putt for birdie to win the hole...

Hit it. Hit. No. It's short.

Lexi Thompson steps up nerves jangling and finds the back of the cup, with a three-footer to halve the hole.

  2. Boutier wins 5&4published at 20:59 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    5UP Boutier v Harigae (14)

Celine Boutier completes a commanding victory over Mina Harigae and there's a wave of blue points now popping up on the board.

    Europe lead 12-7.

  3. Sagstrom delighted with pointpublished at 20:57 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

After being at the centre of that overhanging ball row, Madelene Sagstrom was delighted to put a point on the board today.

She says Catriona Matthew's decision to put her out first on Sunday really gave her confidence heading into the singles.

“I’m very happy right now, I didn’t have the best start to the week," she told Sky Sports.

“It was great that they put me out first thing Sunday to show that they believe in me and that my team had my back and I was so happy to be able to win my point today.

“I played some great golf today, so did Ally, and we had a really good match."

  5. Korda in troublepublished at 20:52 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    Hall v N Korda 2UP (14)

Nelly Korda's wedge woes are back. She had a shocker with at least three shots in Sunday's foursomes, thinning one from sand into a stream, chunking another and mis-hitting a third.

This time, she's in deep rough, trying to hack up towards the 15th green, It's a high-handicapper style top that shoots forward about 20 yards and stays in the cabbage.

Her next shoots through the green and into more thick stuff. Looks like Georgia Hall is going to be getting one back here.

  6. Sagstrom wins 3&2published at 20:51 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    3UP Sagstrom v Ewing (16)

After a bunker-off on the 16th, Sagstrom gets up-and-down and that's enough for her to clinch a point.

That will feel ever so sweet for Madelene Sagstrom given what happened with that controversy on Saturday - and it was a superb battling performance with a relentless excellence in her approach shots doing the business.

Ally Ewing was holing out brilliantly but time and again it was for a half and she just couldn't keep that up.

Fully deserved point for Europe, who now lead 11-7.

  7. Postpublished at 20:51 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    Koerstz Madsen A/S Ernst (12)

Absolutely nowt in this one. Looks like it could be going down to the wire.

  9. Pedersen claims the eighthpublished at 20:48 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    1UP Pedersen v Kang (8)

Emily Pedersen on the eighth with a nifty birdie putt to win the hole.

This anchor-match is see-sawing and as they approach the turn Europe sees another splash of blue.

  10. Maguire makes her pointpublished at 20:47 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

Nice Leona Maguire statistic for you if you are interested.

With her victory over Jennifer Kupcho she becomes the third player in Solheim Cup history to earn her team more than four points in a single competition.

Caroline Hedwall has the most having won five in 2013.

  11. Korda goes clear againpublished at 20:46 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    Hall v N Korda 2UP (14)

Geogia Hall with a putt for a par, and more crucially, a half on the 14th. Sets the ball out too far to the left.

Nelly Korda has a tight grip on this match now.

  12. Noh two up at the turnpublished at 20:45 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    Reid v Noh 2UP (9)

Yealini Noh has steadied the ship after Reid managed to win back-to-back holes and she reaches the turn two in front.

It's been rather boring since that incredible start!

  13. Castren extends her leadpublished at 20:45 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    2UP Castren v Salas (11)

With all the excitement on the first point won for Europe, we're just going to check in on Matilda Castren and Lizette Salas.

Castren seems to be tucking into some form after the turn, she birdies the 11th and extends her lead.

  14. 'Ive given my absolute all this week' - Maguirepublished at 20:43 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    5&4 Maguire v Kupcho (F)

The first point for Europe is from rookie Leona Maguire - and here's what she had to say to Sky Sports:

"I got off to a great start. I had some really nice putts and great to get the first point of the day.

"I haven’t really looked at today’s board. The goal was to get my point and that's all I can do.

"I've given my absolute all this week, I couldn’t have done anything more.

"I couldn't have asked for a better week and hopefully the girls can finish it off."

  15. Two up, three to playpublished at 20:43 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    2UP Sagstrom v Ewing (15)

Sagstrom pars 15 and that's enough for her to restore a two hole lead with just three holes left to play.

  16. Thompson draws levelpublished at 20:43 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    Nordqvist A/S Thompson (16)

    Right back at you.

Lexi Thompson plays a special shot out of the bunker at 16 and then drops in a birdie to tie her match with Anna Nordqvist, who has found it tough going on the greens today.

  17. Hull goes two uppublished at 20:35 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    2UP Hull v J.Korda (8)

Hull has a little tickler down the slope for birdie on the par five but it just wanders off to the side of the hole.

Korda is left with about six feet up the hill to halve the hole though and it's a lacklustre effort that sails wide as she slips two behind.

  18. Maguire wins 5&4published at 20:32 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    5UP Maguire v Kupcho (13)

Jennifer Kupcho's race is run. She was unbeaten until she came up against Leona Maguire.

But the Irish player finishes her off on the 14th to record a handsome 5&4 victory.

  19. Nordqvist goes one uppublished at 20:31 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    1 UP Nordqvist v Thompson (15)

Anna Nordqvist stiffs her iron shot into three feet, so Lexi Thompson responds by playing to five feet.

Tit for tat. Oh hello, the American, who has looked solid with her flat stick today pushes her putt past.

Nordqvist capitalises (at last) and leads for the first time since the seventh. Big hole?

Thompson of course is necessarily known for her putting.

  20. Kang cuts Pedersen's lead againpublished at 20:29 British Summer Time 6 September 2021

    Pedersen A/S Kang (7)

Danielle Kang with a long-range putt for a birdie to win the hole - and boy oh boy, that was close. Ends up inches away from the hole.

Emily Pedersen misses a golden opportunity though to tie the hole for par, and once more this pair are tied as she bogeys the seventh.

Two holes apiece - where is this anchor match going to take us?
