The power couple of the velodrome made confetti of record books last night as Jason Kenny won the keirin to land his third gold of the Games and the sixth of his career - pulling level with Sir Chris Hoy as Britain's most successful Olympian - and his fiancee Laura Trott - still just 24 - became Britain's most successful female Olympian by winning the omnium title, her fourth gold in all.
Extraordinary.
Oh, and when they do his and hers outfits, they are world champion jerseys.
