My 'is that it' moment is this Olympics! Months ago, when everything was still so uncertain, we booked an off-grid camping fortnight, starting today. We're not going to be able to watch anything!! I'm gutted.

BBC One
On BBC One right now is the qualifying rotations in the men's gymnastics.
If you missed it earlier, Japanese icon Kohei Uchimura, a seven-time medallist, fell off the high bar.
Men's road race
Simon Brotherton
Commentator on BBC TV
The weather has been changeable throughout the race, leaving the riders looking a little bit grimey now.
Men's road race
The peloton is getting a first look at the finish line, which is on a speedway track. They will be back there in another 65km. Before that is another painful climb. Still anyone's race.

Men's doubles
Earlier on, Andy Murray and Joe Salisbury won their men's doubles opener, beating French second seeds Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Nicolas Mahut 6-3 6-2.
"I think we have the potential to be a really good team, I think the result today showed that," said Murray.
"Doubles is always tricky because sometimes the matches can come down to a few points. I think we were well deserved winners today, we created lots of chances, but not every doubles match is like that.
"I think if we keep the same sort of attitude and everything, prepare diligently, I think we've got a chance of doing well. But it's not easy, just because we won that match. We've got a tough match next against a German pair [Kevin Krawietz and Tim Puetz] and we'll look forward to that one."

My sports journalism career lasted one match. I reported on Millwall's first game in the First Division against Villa in 1988. The editor took umbrage on my criticism of David Thompson, the Lions centre half. He pulled my byline. And relegated me to film reviews. Thing is I was right. Thompson was dropped for 8 games after that match.

Men's road race
By the way, back on the subject of the men's road race, British pair Geraint Thomas and Tao Geoghegan Hart hit the tarmac a couple of hours ago.
You can watch what happened here...
Men's artistic gymnastics team qualifying
We've had our first look at Max Whitlock at these Games, as he leads the team on the parallel bars.
A tidy routine earns him 14.100 points, but it's Joe Fraser who absolutely nails it with a routine worth 15.400. That's the third best score on the apparatus so far.
After three rotations, Great Britain are fourth in the team standings.
Men's road race
Victoria Pendleton
Olympic cycling gold medalist on BBC Radio 5 Live
This a very unique one-day event in terms of it having so many climbing metres throughout the day.
The gap is closing but because the terrain it gets a little bit bigger then it gets a little bit smaller because of the change in speed.
Men's road race
There is a leading group of five riders who are five minutes ahead of the peloton. If that sounds a lot, they had a 20-minute advantage at one stage. They will be hauled in at some point over the next couple of hours.

Sam: I've been to Tokyo and near where they are riding in July/August. Never again, the humidity is like nothing I have ever experienced. I do not envy these guys cycling up Mt Fuji.
Men's road race
The climb up Mount Fuji is absolutely brutal. These riders are four hours in and now they are hauling themselves up the sort of slope that should have a cable car. It's too much for Spain's Alejandro Valverde, now aged 41, who won the world title in 2018. He's called it quits on the side of the road.
Men's artistic gymnastics team qualifying
There's bad news for Kohei Uchimura of Japan, who is a seven-time Olympic medallist and an icon in the sport.
He qualified for the Games as a high bar specialist but a bad fall that sent him flying off the apparatus, and his score of 13.866 is not enough to qualify for the final.
He heads out of the arena, head down, as his score is confirmed.
