We go into the deciding round, completely all square!
Five years, three fights and now down to 120 seconds for that Olympic dream.
This is what sport is all about.

Neither fighter has established dominance but things can change quickly in taekwondo.
It's engrossing stuff.
Women's -67kg final
A well-executed punch from Lauren Williams to level up and it's all square heading into the final round! A huge two minutes coming up for these fighters... who can grab the gold?!

10-9 Croatia lead.
Williams is not daunted by the challenge. She is very much in this but does need to come from behind as we head towards the final minute.
They're cancelling each other out.
Women's -67kg final
Lauren Williams thinks she's added to her tally from a head kick, as does Matea Jelic, but there'll be a video review here after the card is played - nothing doing and it's 9-7 in the GB fighter's favour before Jelic creeps to 10-9 halfway through the second.
Men's team final
China are continuing to come back on the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC) with just one gymnast left for each team in this final.
China managed 14.333 on horizontal bar, while the ROC got 14.066 on floor. Japan are still in the mix too after a 14.500 on the horizontal bar.
This is going to be a nail-biting finish.
Great Britain's Max Whitlock finishes off the team's bid with an excellent 14.966 on the pommel horse but it won't be enough to challenge for a medal.
We'll bring you their final position once all teams have completed the final rotation.

Neither fighter is going to die wondering.
Women's -67kg final
Matea Jelic sneaks a body shot in but Lauren Williams responds well and edges into a 5-3 lead, before she's handed a Gam-jeom and that means a point for her opponent.
It's the Great Britain fighter who leads 5-4 after round one of three.
Women's -67kg final
First point on the board goes the way of Croatia's Matea Jelic in a frantic start, but Lauren Williams hits back with a punch for 1-1 halfway through the opening round.

Men's team final
Here we go. The Russian Olympic Committee (ROC) and China are going toe to toe for gold.
China kick things off with a 14.20 on the horizontal bar, then ROC respond with a 13.90 after an error on the floor.
The ROC are still in the gold medal position, with two more gymnasts each to go and Japan are in third.

Lauren was a very good kickboxer – you can go on Youtube and see videos of her fights. She was pretty vicious!
Thankfully, for us, she’s transitioned into Olympic taekwondo and she’s brought all of her skills with her. She’s so good with that front leg – that lovely long axe kick really puts the fear into people. You can see the girls don’t like being in the ring with her because she’s that offensive. You know if you are in a fight with Lauren Williams, you’ve got six minutes of hell coming.
She pushes such a high pace and is really one of the most offensive fighters, not just in the women’s -67kg division, but in the entire sport. It’s natural aggression but thankfully she saves it for the ring – she’s actually a very sweet person outside of taekwondo. She’s a hellcat in the ring but nice outside.
I’m really looking forward to this final, probably the final we would have hoped for on paper – the two best in the draw and this is what the Olympics is all about, the best fighting the best in the Olympic final.

Lutalo Muhammad deserves a gold medal for his analysis in these Games so far.

I actually think it’s a positive that Lauren has had a hard time because she’s shown she can come through adversity.
The Egyptian fighter really got close against her at the end so, mentally, coming into this final, Lauren will know she’s climbed up the rough side of the mountain, she’s fought some really good people to get to this final and I think that will give her a lot of confidence.
She’s a very focused and driven individual, she’s one of those who has sacrificed everything to get here.
She famously lived in a caravan for 18 months with her mother just to get the opportunity to get into GB Taekwondo and now, eventually, Team GB. Now, everything that she has worked for is about to come to fruition.
