It wasn't a bad race by James Wilby at all; the other guys just pushed too hard.

[Izzac Stubblety-Cook] doing a masterful, tactical race. Almost breaking that world record.
Men's 200m breastroke
Superb finish from Izaac Stubblety-Cook who cruises through to take the gold away from Arno Kamminga. The Dutch swimmer went out too hard and was passed in the closing stages.
Matti Mattsson takes third. James Wilby was back in sixth.

Wilby has got a very long glide. He suits the long course swimming, going the distance - he doesn't like too many turns - when he gets in his 'stride', he swims very well.
Men's 200m breastroke
Anton Chupkov was the hot favourite for gold coming into this event but the 24-year-old Russian struggled in the second semi-final, trailing in fourth.
He is coming back in the far lane but has he left it too late.....?
Izaac Stubblety-Cook is absolutely motoring. James Wilby is going backwards.
Men's 200m breastroke
Australian favourite Izaac Stubblety-Cook will take some beating here...
He looks as imperious as in the semis. Is he holding back slightly here? The world record line isn't far away.

James Wilby has got a chance - but it is going to be a bit of a dog fight this one.

Women's pair
More from Helen Glover as she gives her verdict on the final: "We didn't count on the Canadians going out so well in the lane beside us. I think that shaped the rest of the race for us because yesterday we beat them, but today they had a great start.
"That probably shaped how we rode the rest of the race but at each marker we checked in at what we were doing and what we could do - and we were doing it, so I couldn't ask for more at each marker. It was just what we had on the day. "
Helen Glover had a special message for her three children, Logan, three, and one-year-old twins, Kit and Willow, after the women's pair final.
"They are sometimes up at this time, so they might be watching it now!" Glover told BBC Sport.
"I love you so much. You have been my inspiration. I never saw myself getting back in a rowing boat until you guys came along - especially Kit and Willow in the lockdown.
"I just want to say, you can do anything you want to do. Trying and failing is no problem, as long as you try.
"And that's not just for my children, that's for everyone out there."

Women's pair
Let's hear from Polly Swann now and her thoughts on the women's pair final: "We always knew in this Olympic final people were going to go out hard – and that was the case.
"We probably thought we might have a bit more of a buffer at the front end. I guess it just wasn’t to be.
"I couldn’t be prouder of [Helen] and what we have done together. It’s been a special ride."

Jay: Right, Can the swimming come on and bring us some much needed joy. Amazing how the tides have turned.
Jayne: Phew...off to bed can’t take anymore fourth places. Sooo close. Am gutted for them.
Scoob: Quite sad about the rowing, always felt it was 'our' sport but we're coming away with nothing. End of the glory days?
