The pace generally hasn't been very quick at all, they're hardly going to be inside 28 minute pace at the front never mind anywhere else.

Men's 10,000m final
We've now got a three-way split, with Stephen Kissa's has been almost eaten up by two runners - Selemon Barega and Ken Kipruto - with the rest of the pack now also closing as we pass the 10-minute mark.

Just really gutted for Team GB, they gave absolutely everything in that game.
It changed in the missed penalty, but I don't want to criticise Caroline Weir because I think she's had a brilliant tournament. Absolutely fair play to Australia. They played their game, they took their moments and they've been clinical. Sam Kerr excellent again and they go on.
Men's 10,000m final
Sam Atkin is in the chasing pack, though they're not doing too much chasing at the moment.
BBC Radio Lincolnshire caught up with Atkin's twin sister Jen earlier to discuss his Olympic campaign and their unique achievements as siblings.
“I won Miss Great Britain in 2020 and I’m continuing through 2021 and now my twin brother Sam is representing Great Britain at the 2020 Olympics in 2021," she said. "I think it’s a massive coincidence, crazy, but it’s super exciting and I’m super proud.”
BBC Look North also spoke to the family last week.

Massively disappointing for Team GB. They were unbelievable in the group stages but this is where it counts, in this knockout part.
You have to give a lot of credit to the Australia, they managed the game well and fantastic saves from the goalkeeper that kept them in it.

Australia will play either Sweden or hosts Japan in Monday's semi-final.
Sweden are 3-1 up with 15 minutes to play, so it's well worth keeping an eye on that one.

Well, interesting tactics from Stephen Kissa, who has set off at a far quicker pace than the field and opened up almost a 50-metre gap early on. It would be some effort from the Ugandan to maintain this in the heat and humidity in Tokyo.

It's all over. Heartbreak for Great Britain.
Ellen White scored a brilliant hat-trick for Team GB, but for the second successive Olympic tournament they exit the women's football at the quarter-final stage.
Goals from Alanna Kennedy, Mary Fowler and a Sam Kerr brace send Australia to the semi-finals.
That penalty miss from Caroline Weir at 2-2 proves huge, but Hege Riise's side gave everything.

It's been absolutely nerve wrecking.
For me it was all in that penalty. That penalty miss at 2-2 was huge. Team GG I thought were on top at that moment, but Australia have shown the team they are and the quality they have.
Men's 10,000m final
It's time for some medal action in the first track final of these Games, though it is a Mo Farah-less 10,000m in Tokyo after the two-time defending Olympic champion failed to qualify.
Joshua Cheptegei of Uganda is the world champion and holds the world record of 26:11.00, as well as the leading 5,000m mark, while compatriot Jacob Kiplimo and Kenya's Geoffrey Kamworor could challenge from a field of 25 runners.
There is British interest, however, with Marc Scott and Sam Atkin competing.

There is another big chance, there definitely is one for Team GB they will just have to take it

Ellen White could not do anymore for this Team GB side. Fantastic header yet again. Fran Kirby does well, just stands it up and White gets in front of Kerr. It's just the quality when she gets into those positions. She just guides it over Micah in the Australia goal. Brilliant from White.

Back in it!
Brilliant ball back in from Fran Kirby, she puts a little flight on it and Ellen White gets her head on it, just enough contact to get it over Micah.
Ellen White
Team GB have hope and Ellen White has her hat-trick.
She heads it beyond Teagan Micah and it might be too little too late, but stranger things have happened.
Can Hege Riise's side find another? They aren't going down without a fight.

Unfortunately Team GB have got to the stage where they need two goals to get back and they're starting to panic. Their passes are just looking for that long ball looking for Millie Bright up top, but they've just not put the quality ball into her.

It seems that the belief has been sucked out of them. They have put Millie up top with Ellen White so they are going to go for it.
I don't think it is about thinking about getting two goals. Get the first one back and rock Australia and then go for it.
Team GB 2-4 (ET) Australia
It was this goal from Sam Kerr which took this women's football quarter-final to extra-time.
The Australia captain stepping up when she needed to most, before adding another goal in extra-time.
4x400m mixed relay
A great run by Emily Diamond pushes GB into the third place, Lee Thompson can't hold on to it in the final leg but brings the team home in fourth and that will be enough to see them into the final in a time of 3:11.95 - a national record.
Poland qualify quickest of the lot, with the Netherlands and Jamaica also finishing ahead of GB. Ireland made it through in third in the other heat.

That's been a problem all game, deliveries into the box. You have to close the cross down because you know how clinical they are in the box when they get the chance. Steph Houghton gets beat there by Sam Kerr, we know how dangerous she is. Again, poor defending but you don't want to take away from Australia. They know their strengths.

Absolutely gutted, whipped ball in straight off the kick off near enough. Sam Kerr just gets above Steph Houghton, got contact on it and it was enough pace to take it away from Ellie Roebuck.
Sam Kerr is prolific aerially from those positions and she is not going to miss.
