Kim Little whips in a dangerous cross but Ellen White can't quite get on the end of it. The Manchester City forward tries to swipe a foot at it but the ball goes beyond her. Lauren Hemp tries to mop up at the far post, but it's all too quick and she puts it behind for a goal kick.

Blimey, Alexander Zverev has just broken Novak Djokovic for the second time in the third set.

The German's now serving to take a 4-0 lead in the decider - and win 10 games on the bounce.

Just a reminder, Djokovic has won the first three Grand Slam events this year... and his hopes of becoming the first man to win all four and an Olympic gold in the same year could be dashed any moment.

That was Alanna Kennedy's first international goal since 2019 against Argentina.

Team GB are disappointed because they know that Australia are a threat from set pieces. It's a good delivery into the box, but Alanna Kennedy just outjumps Leah Williamson and Demi Stokes. You can take anything way from that header, it's a brilliant header. You can see the power that she generates and it goes right into the bottom corner, Roebuck at full stretch can't get anything on it.

It is a magnificent header. The delivery is spot on - right in the six yard box. Alanna Kennedy reaches up above everyone and gets good contact on the ball, heads it down and there's a bounce. No chance for Ellie Roebuck.

The Matildas score from their first shot on target. In comes the corner from Steph Catley and Alanna Kennedy rises highest and heads it into the far corner beyond Ellie Roebuck.

Australia have looked dangerous from set pieces and Kennedy is delighted with herself. She peels away in celebration before diving on the floor. Can GB bounce back before the break?

Not many people did, but Uganda's Joshua Cheptegei had a stellar 2020.

I am pleased about how much Leah Williamson is stepping in and how high Lucy Bronze is, because we are actually pushing Australia into a back five. That is brave, we are imposing ourselves and us not being dictated to by Australia.

Elsewhere in the women's football, Canada's quarter-final against Brazil is still goalless at the Miyagi Stadium with 25 minutes to play.

Another big chance for Team GB! Rachel Daly's cross hits the far post and it falls to Lauren Hemp who chests it down before firing a shot. Goalkeeper Teagan Micah gets down low and puts it behind for a corner. Every time GB attack they look dangerous, but they can't find that breakthrough yet.

Fantastic opportunity, Australia just back off Keira Walsh, she takes the shot, low fierce right footed, goalkeeper no chance and it just comes off the outside of the post.

Long range shots are on because they keep backing off, Australia.

And there it is. Germany's Alexander Zverev takes advantage of that break to win the second set 6-3 and level things up against Novak Djokovic.

This is the Serb's fifth game in Tokyo and that's the first set anyone's won against him.

We're heading for a decider in the tennis.

The athletics action got under way earlier today. The women's 100m heats only served to speed up the hype train.

Defending Olympic champion Elaine Thompson-Herah delivered an eye-popping time of 10.82 seconds, even appearing to ease down before the line, on her way into the semi-finals. World champion and fellow Jamaican Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce was only a little slower in 10:84.

Britain's Dina Asher-Smith was more leisurely, advancing in 11.07. Her own personal best is 10.83. However Championship racing is a different game to laying down times. We'll see who is boss when it comes to tomorrow's final.

Absolutely brilliant from Lauren Hemp. Every time she's played we've praised her and it's because of this. It's her ability to go inside and then when she gets into those positions, she doesn't panic and she finds a player. What a ball that was to Rachel Daly.

You can't give Keira Walsh that much space. The Manchester City midfielder has all the time in the world and she lets one fly from the edge of the box. Luckily for Teagan Micah, it hits the post.

Magnificent. Taking two, three players on and the audacity to scoop that ball over the line. Rachel Daly was just offside and she will be thankful for that as she hit over the bar.

That is the magic of Lauren Hemp there straight away. Get the ball up, driving and committing players.

Chance for GB! It's brilliant play from Lauren Hemp as she drives at the Australian defence and chips the ball to Rachel Daly, who slices a volley over the bar. The offside flag goes up and it wouldn't have counted anyway, but it's a bright start for GB.
