The composure Josh Cheptegei had there - he looked up on the last lap and looked as though he still had a few more gears to go.

Outstanding race - he didn't look rattled, he really knew his plan and executed it perfectly.

Cheptegei didn't win the 10,000m and now he is coming away to win the gold in the 5,000m and finally Uganda gets their gold medal.

He's bounced back from what must have been a huge disappointment in the longer race.

Pre-event favourite Katir looked terrible all the way round - no idea what happened there.

With Mo Farah's nine-year reign set to come to an end, the big question is which celebration will replace The Mobot?!

    Team GB

Tom Daley spoke to BBC Sport after qualifying for the Men's 10m platform semi-finals: "It’s been really surreal here at these Olympic games because the prelims in all the individual events have been extremely shaky.

"We haven’t dived in competitions nowhere near as regularly as we would in a normal year so for the last 18 months we’ve gone from not competing to being at the Olympic Games, which can be a little bit intense.

"But at the same time it’s exciting to be able to compete in the individual. I didn’t dive my best by far today but fourth place, qualified for the semi-finals, onwards and upwards from here."

Sprinter Dina Asher-Smith is looking to lead Britain's bid for a relay medal in the women's 4x100m relay final (14:30 BST).

The 25-year-old is back on the track after injury saw her eliminated in the 100m semi-finals and withdraw from the 200m.

Jodie Williams fancies her chances of winning a medal in the women's 400m final (13:35), while Laura Muir aims to land her first Olympic medal in the women's 1500m (13:50).
