Right, I'm on my bike. Time for me to lie down after that madison chaos. Over to Emma Sanders to take you through the next drama on a brilliant day of action so far.

It's not an easy race to watch on TV but was edge of the seats stuff. A complete contrast from the womens race where GB were so in control in the women's race.
They threw everything at that and they should be very proud of the silver medal.
GB were leading early on, but kept chipping away for points.
A lot of these guys' day job is the road team, and they have that strength to do a relatively short race but at 50km per hour. It's a hugely impressive, physical feat.

That last double-points sprint win for Great Britain proves to be the difference between bronze and silver.
They had been looking like missing out on the medals all together with Belgium looking dangerous late on but Ethan Hayter and Matthew Walls end the event brilliantly.
That's medal number 61 for Great Britain. Only four more to go to match the 65 total from London 2012 and six more to equal Rio 2016's 67 medals.

What a finish from Ethan Hayter and Matt Walls. They were increasingly on the back foot and that they were struggling to be competitive, They had enough energy to turn bronze into a silver!
The double points on the final sprint go Great Britain's way and that takes them level with France, but it's GB who get the silver.
Great drama late on. With seven laps to go, a medal looked to be slipping away, but Ethan Hayter and Matthew Walls do brilliantly right at the end and snatch the silver.
France end up third.
Men's madison
The Danes take gold.
GB's late surge. Third looked in doubt, but it's been a brilliant finish...
Silver is still possible for Britain.
Britain may have just timed this beautifully for a medal.

Britain are countering now! They pick up points and hang on to the bronze.
Ethan Hayter and Matt Walls are flat out for the final laps.
Britain need something special and Ethan Hayter has attacked, an attack that might see them hold on to bronze. Eight laps to go. Could it even be an assault on the silver?

Britain are very much on the back foot, but hanging in there.
Matt Walls in the thick of the action at the moment.
The podium places are really under threat now.
Twelve laps.
Gold - either Denmark or France.
Bronze - either Great Britain or Belgium.
That's how it looks with 10 laps to go.

This race could really change in this last 25 laps, just three sprints to go.
Double points for the last sprint, which could really change things and the race has just opened up.
Belgium on the attack and they move up to fourth, six points behind Great Britain. The last, double-points sprint could prove to be heartbreaking for Britain.

Great Britain are still third but they are really just hanging on now.
This is such a dangerous breakaway with Belgium, Spain and Denmark.
Men's madison
It's looking a tall order now for Britain to get a gold, which seems to be a straight shootout between Denmark and France.
The Netherlands are GB's biggest rival to snatch a medal away.
Twenty-two laps left.
Britain have a warning next to their name on the scoreboard, maybe for that incident that saw a German crash to the floor. Twenty-seven laps to go.
Men's madison
With four sprints to go, it's looking like it will be a medal for Team GB, but which colour? It's bronze at the moment. Seven points behind France, but nine ahead of the Netherlands. Denmark lead by three points and they will be fancying their chances of gold.
We've got another crash and this time it's Germany. They were in contention for a bronze as they were sixth.
