    Fiji 33-7 Great Britain

Outstanding from Fiji, who crown a dominant display with a try in the final seconds.

Otherwise known as a complete thrashing. Good job Team GB have already booked their place in the quarter-finals later in the day.

    Fiji v Great Britain

It's a quick start for Fiji who score the first try inside two mins.

    Pace. Precision. Power.

A drive towards the posts frees up two on the wing and two quick passes see Fiji go over to take a 5-0 lead.

And no sooner had the game been restarted when they're in again.

This time it's straight through the GB defence, down the middle.

Great Britain have been given a big wake-up call - they trail 12-0.

    Fiji v Great Britain

This is a mouth-watering game between the defending Olympic champions Fiji and Rio silver medallists Great Britain.

But the pressure's off as both won their opening two matches and have already secured their quarter-final berths so this game will be seen as a warm-up and and a bit of a fact-finding mission to suss one another out in case they meet again in the medal matches.

GB have yet to concede a point after running in 10 tries in their opening matches and Fiji have been dominant too.

Now then time for two of the men's rugby sevens heavyweights to go toe-to-toe.

Team GB are up against Fiji. Got to be honest have loved watching the Pacific Islanders since the days of Waisale Serevi.

Georgia Taylor-Brown speaking on BBC One: "I had a really good swim and I got out and we had 35 seconds and I thought this is perfect. The bike - we worked really well, I got a puncture coming out of the park with about 2k to come and I panicked - I didn't know what to do so I just rode on the flat.

I lost maybe 15 seconds on the group. The first lap of the run was panic mode. I think I definitely paid for it the latter part of the run but it paid off.

Georgia: Wow. I think Georgia Taylor-Brown might be my new hero. Got a puncture halfway through her triathlon and came back to win silver. What grit. Awesome achievement.

Max: Still trying fathom how Georgia Taylor-Brown managed such an incredible effort on a flat tyre. Tremendous stuff

Jess Learmonth finished down in ninth with Vicky Holland crossing the line in 13th over four minutes and 30 seconds down.

If gold medals were awarded for innovation, Learmonth would have been right up there.

During lockdown her partner John built a gym in their garden and she trained in there while boiling the kettle with the lid open to replicate Tokyo's humidity.
