It is hard to think any of the medals, barring any mishaps, will come from anyone other than in the leading group.

You have got such great athletes in this pack, they are all taking turns and getting a rest before going to the front again

Let's hope she and Jess Learmonth have plenty in the tank for that run Ryan. Even though the sun is not shining it's about 90% humidity out on the course.

Jordi: Pulled two all-nighters in a row and going for my third tonight. I’m so addicted to the Olympics. I physically can’t sleep and risk missing Team GB winning a medal.

Ryan: Another GB medal on the cards here the way this bike leg is panning out. Georgia Taylor-Brown is capable of beating every athlete in this lead group across 10k.
