Saracens are home and dry now, surely. Chris Ashton finishes off a fabulous team move and then adds another try moments later to make it 54-17 against London Welsh.

Meanwhile, London Irish's James Short has scored to reduce Wasps' lead to just 32-33.

Bath's Semesa Rokoduguni puts them 43-23 up against Gloucester at Yhe Rec.

And Mike Blair crosses for Newcastle Falcons, who now lead Harlequins 25-21.

Our vote has now closed. We'll bring you the final results once the dust has settled on this crazy, crazy afternoon in the Premiership.

  3. Try (Slade, missed con Steenson, 64 mins)published at 16:59 British Summer Time 16 May 2015

Exeter are on the rampage now, knowing they need points.

Another barraging run from Thomas Waldrom sets up the platform. Henry Slade then glides through a couple of half-hearted challenges and, although he is brought down, he wasn't held so wriggles forward on the ground to place down.

The Chiefs temporarily go into fourth but news comes through of another Saracens try.

  4. Try (Morris, missed con Burns, 58 mins)published at 16:57 British Summer Time 16 May 2015

There are gaps all over the pitch now and Niall Morris dances his way through for Leicester's second try.

The ball works its way out wide to the Irish full-back on the right and he jinks past a couple of Saints' men to touch down.

Freddie Burns' difficult conversion from near the touchline hits the post and bounces wide.

  5. Try (Jess, con Steenson, 61 mins)published at 16:56 British Summer Time 16 May 2015

Exeter Chiefs are certainly doing their bit in the race for the play-offs.

Ian Whitten shows nice footwork inside his own half to break the Sale defensive line, before then accelerating away and feeding Matt Jess for the long sprint into the corner.

With Jonny Leota still in the sin bin for Sale, the Chiefs have really made this count.

Saracens really are heading for the top four now, as Juan Figallo scores their sixth try of the afternoon to make it 40-17 against London Welsh.

Gloucester have got themselves back in it in the West Country derby with a second Stevie McColl try, but the Blue, Black and Whites score again through Anthony Watson, which means Bath lead 36-23.

And Harlequins lead again at Newcastle Falcons after a Marland Yarde try makes it 21-18 there.

  7. Penalty (Burns)published at 16:53 British Summer Time 16 May 2015

All of that indiscipline from Northampton in the scrum finally results in a penalty to Leicester, which Freddie Burns slots over in front of the posts.

Tigers' lead is back up to five points and they have a two-man advantage too.

At the moment they're heading for the play-offs - but this could be a key period coming up.

  8. Sin-bin (Ma'afu)published at 16:52 British Summer Time 16 May 2015

This is extraordinary. Salesi Ma'afu has to come back on for Saints after Gareth Denman is sin-binned, but he is then shown a yellow card for another infringement in the scrum straight away.

Saints are down to 13 men.

  9. Try (Jess, missed con Steenson, 58 mins)published at 16:51 British Summer Time 16 May 2015

Exeter make the man-advantage count and they've secured the try bonus point with 15 minutes to go.

Working it from left to right, Matt Jess has space to attack and backs himself from 10 metres out and he breaks the line and crosses.

Has the winger, who has come through from the Championship with the club, secured a play-off place with that score?

  10. Around the groundspublished at 16:50 British Summer Time 16 May 2015

Bath extend their lead against Gloucester at The Rec thanks to Ollie Devoto's try. It's now 31-16 in that one.

Up north, Newcastle Falcons have gone ahead against Harlequins. Scott Lawson's converted try means it is now 18-16 to Falcons there.

  11. Sin-bin (Denman)published at 16:50 British Summer Time 16 May 2015

Saints' Gareth Denman has only been on the pitch a couple of minutes but he's already back on the bench.

Moments after coming on for Salesi Ma'afu, the prop is given a yellow card as the referee loses patience with a series of infringements in the scrum.

Tigers are camped in front of the Northampton try-line.

  12. Who is your Premiership player of the season?published at 16:49 British Summer Time 16 May 2015

A quick heads up that you've got only 10 more minutes to have your say on our main discussion topic of the day.

  13. Sin-bin (Leota)published at 16:49 British Summer Time 16 May 2015

Sale are down to 14 men as centre Jonny Leota is given 10 minutes for his high tackle on scrum-half Will Chudley.

Chudley was trying to step inside the Samoan, who was committed to the tackle, but his high, swinging arm caught him on the cheek.

Gareth Steenson misses the attempted penalty but are Sale's top-six hopes disappearing with that decision?

  14. Around the groundspublished at 16:45 British Summer Time 16 May 2015

Sailosi Tagicakibau gets his second try of the afternoon for Wasps and Rob Miller gets another soon afterwards, so they now lead 30-25 against London Irish at the Madejski Stadium. With Sale Sharks losing at Sandy Park, it does look as though Dai Young's side have sixth place all but wrapped up.

Elsewhere, Bath still lead Gloucester 24-16 in the West Country derby and Harlequins are still 16-11 up at Newcastle Falcons.

  15. Disallowed trypublished at 16:43 British Summer Time 16 May 2015

Leicester think they've extended their lead as Ben Youngs tries to touch down next to the posts but referee Matthew Carley asks the Television Match Official for a decision.

Replays show a fantastic piece of defensive work from Alex Corbisiero and Sam Dickinson has kept the ball up.

No try. It's all Leicester so far this half though.

  16. Try (Beaumont, missed con Cipriani, 49 mins)published at 16:39 British Summer Time 16 May 2015

The more he plays, the more Josh Beaumont looks like a future England international.

An immediate response from Sale, as they patiently work up into the 22. Danny Cipriani's long pass finds prop Vadim Cobilas and the Moldovan's one-handed lob reaches Beaumont, who launches through two tackles out wide.

  17. Around the groundspublished at 16:36 British Summer Time 16 May 2015

England full-back Alex Goode is unimpeded as he scores a converted try for Saracens, who now lead 33-17 at London Welsh.

It looks like Exeter Chiefs have now slipped out of the top four, even though they're beating Sale Sharks.

  18. Penalty (Burns)published at 16:35 British Summer Time 16 May 2015

Saints' Tom Stephenson concedes a penalty for not moving away and gives Freddie Burns an opportunity to put Tigers back into the lead.

The fly-half steps up and slots the ball straight through the posts.

Just the start Leicester would have wanted - they're back into the play-off places.

  19. Try (White, con Steenson, 45 mins)published at 16:35 British Summer Time 16 May 2015

    Exeter ChiefsImage source, Getty Images

All about the power runners this try for Exeter.

First captain Dean Mumm sets up the platform with a solid drive, a burst from number eight Thomas Waldrom got them to within five metres and then Ben White powers through Sale challenges to just about cross the line.

The Chiefs heading for the top four at the moment.
