    Wales v Japan (14:30 GMT)

The programmes for this autumn's matches have featured a current picture of a Wales player superimposed with an image of them as a young player.

Today's features Sam Warburton, but the young player is his twin brother Ben - a mistake the Welsh Rugby Union acknowledged on Twitter.

That's the thing with twins - they do look alike.

Wales started their autumn internationals campaign with a disappointing defeat by Australia, but bounced back with a win over Argentina last weekend.

Rob Howley’s men tried something of a new approach against the World Cup semi-finalists with Leigh Halfpenny choosing to run and pass more times than kick against the Pumas.

Wales will be expected to dominate at the scrum against Japan, with Liam Williams hoping to add a touch of spontaneity from full-back - he has two tries in his last three Wales Tests.

Whisper it quietly - this England team is looking pretty decent. Whisper it because Eddie Jones is not letting anyone get carried away.

An 11-match winning streak. A first win over South Africa in a decade. That's led to excited chitter chatter not heard since the Sir Clive Woodward era.

But the England head coach believes there’s still “plenty to improve on”.

They won't slip up against a side which lost heavily to the Barbarians last week. Will they?

More on Ireland later. With less than an hour until kick-off in London and Cardiff, we had better focus on the action there.

So far it consists of the pouring of pints and the selling of Red Rose/Daffodil hats.

HQ, by the way, is sparkling.

Odds on another Irish win today? Slim. Odds on the Irish, Fiji and Japan all winning today? Longer than Accrington Stanley winning the FA Cup.

But, thanks to that historic win in Chicago a fortnight ago, Joe Schmidt's men have given us hope that we might witness another shock.

It's round three of the Autumn Internationals. And it's more packed than a turkey, stuffing and cranberry festive baguette.

  8. Are the All Blacks human after all?published at 13:30 Greenwich Mean Time 19 November 2016

    "The sporting gods smiled."

Ireland have given the whole rugby union world hope. Hope the All Blacks are human. Hope those 15 blokes kitted out in black shirts don't actually have the powers of an invincible Anime character.

Hope to Fiji. Hope to Japan. Hope to themselves.
