    Wales 14-13 Japan

Japan get the second half under way, but that's not a great start as they have failed to make the required 10 metres.

    England 34-10 Fiji

Let's get rolling again. Fiji boot us back under way. And the have made a change at scrum-half. Nikola Matawalu replaces Serupepeli Vularika as the heartbeat of their side.

And here's why Gustard will be spitting feathers. England missed 11 tackles in that opening 40 minutes. As my school report used to say - must do better.

Well, there are other autumn international games going on today and could there be a surprise coming in Italy? The hosts are currently just a point down to South Africa, with the Springboks leading 18-17.

    England 34-10 Fiji

I feared the worst for Fiji after half an hour. England were lethal. More caviar than fish-and-chip rugby. But, credit to the tourists, they have showed great character.

England defence coach Paul Gustard will be asking a few questions over a half-time cuppa though, I'm sure.

    Stats Wales Japan

I think it is truly staggering. There are Lions players out they are not able to take control of the game. They are not able to turn that possession into points against what I would say is a very passive Japanese defence.

You have so much experience in the forward pack. I just want to see some intensity.

    Half-time: Wales 14-13 Japan

    Richard Williams
BBC Sport Wales at the Principality Stadium

Flat is the word in Cardiff.

Wales have played fast and loose and straight into the hands of Japan who have pounced on mistakes and made a few of their own.

When Wales kept it tight they profited, but interim head coach Rob Howley has another half-time chat in which to shake his team into some kind of control.

A Mexican wave in the crowd at around 34 minutes summed up the frustration under the closed roof.

  8. Half-time - Wales 14-13 Japanpublished at 15:18 Greenwich Mean Time 19 November 2016

That's another messy ruck from Wales and Japan turn it over. Welsh blushes spared though as the whistle goes for half-time.

After a poor start, Wales looked to be running away with it. But Japan had other ideas and there's only one point in it after Akihito Yamada ran clear to score having intercepted Gareth Anscombe's pass.

    England 34-10 Fiji

    Matt Dawson

Fiji have been a little more pragmatic when they have got towards England's 22 but the tries have come from England mistakes, two kick-offs and indiscipline.

I might sound like a broken record but you don't see the best teams in the world doing this.

You don't see them losing focus but see them using the accelerator and making it 50, 60 or 70 points.

Eddie Jones will be pleased. He has something to tear into his players about. The England head coach scampers down the steps towards the dressing room, ready to have some half-time words. Particularly about their sloppy defending in those final few minutes.

    Leone Nakarawa

They're over! More encouragement for the Fijians as they win the line-out before Leone Nakarawa busts through and stretches out his right arm. Inspector Gadget would have been impressed with that reach.

Can Nemani Nadolo find his range from the touchline? Nope. He's closer than his previous effort, but the ball pings the outside of the left-hand post.

    England 34-5 Fiji

Fiji pound the England line as the first half comes to a close. Ben Youngs bounces off Nemani Nadolo like a sponge ball hitting a brick wall, England's defence recovering enough to push the Fiji winger into touch.

Wales were looking for the miracle pass.

You have just got to dry it up and use your composure.

A blind, hopeful pass. Wales will not be happy with that.

    Farrell pen

Fiji's scrum buckles under another England scrum. Go for the line again? No. Owen Farrell points to the sticks. A few boos from the Twickers crowd. Tough crowd to please. Unless they're booing because HQ has run out of pies.

Farrell clips over from a central position. Easy peasy.

    Akihito Yamada, con Timothy Lafaele

Wales looked totally in control and were building phase after phase towards the Japan line, but it's the host who concede.

Akihito Yamada enjoys a free run from inside his own half to go between the Welsh sticks after a loose pass in attack. A gift for Japan.

    Timothy Lafaele adds the extras.

The more Nadolo can get into the game, the more he will give Fiji momentum.

It was good defence in close quarters from England but they had to pincer in with the big players Fiji have.

Seven yards out... you are not stopping Nadolo from there.

    Wales 14-6 Japan

After going 6-0 down, Wales now look in control of this Test and are making good ground every time they get the ball.

That final touch isn't quite there at the minute though, another ball goes loose as the Welsh look to move right through hands, before Nicky Smith takes it into the tackle and the support is slow to arrive as Japan turn it over.

    Nadolo try, Nadolo missed con

Few are going to stop Nemani Nadolo when yards of grass and the whitewash loom into his eye-line. And Semesa Rokoduguni isn't one of them. Fiji get the ball moving for the first time really, Albert Vulivuli picking out the big man when England are sucked in.

Fiji's skyscraper of a winger can't use his boot to as good effect though. His kick whistles past the left post.
