Wales have to keep the ball in hand this half.

Yes it's not great conditions - it's stopped raining but it's still very greasy - but they need to pick the tempo up, keep the ball in play and then the opportunities will come.

    Italy 7-3 Wales

Italy are struggling to get out of their own 22m.

Edoardo Gori comes swooping in to steal Sam Davies off-load, but a scrubber of a pass from the scrum-half puts Edoardo Padovani under pressure.

The full-back's kick screws off the side of his boot.

The rain has stopped but it's a wet ball, a wet pitch.

It will be interesting to see if Sam Davies, Dan Biggar's replacement, can have a big part to play in Wales' revival here.

Dave Sommerville: Italy look the more dangerous side with ball in hand and Parisse is on fire - have Wales underestimated their opponents?

The last time Wales lost to Italy in 2007 Sergio Parisse was man of the match.

Interim coach Rob Howley will have to earn his salary if history is not to be repeated.

Parisse has been peerless, Wales - as they did often in the autumn - lacking in attack and occasionally frail at the set piece.

The home crowd is sparse, but the ones in blue are loving it.
