Ed Henderson-Howat: Watching the boys on a dodgy internet connection in Bhutan - Scotland's most remote fan? C'mon lads!

Alex Robertson: Regardless of the HT scoreline, this has been a huge game for Scotland. Good one for the neutrals today!

Tabatha: As the only Scotland supporter in a family of England supporters, I'll never live it down if we lose to France.

French prop Uini Atonio is very athletic for his size, but Scotland haven't upped the tempo enough to trouble him.

When you're that size - 6ft 5in, 24st 6lb - you shouldn't be allowed to play. You should have to play American Football!

As the BBC One team go back over replays of the Ali Price shove that saw Jaco Peyper reverse a penalty in the first half, it was heartening to see the speed with which the Scots flew into the mix to defend their man.

One in, pretty much all in.That is what you want to see on enemy territory.

We've only had two scrums in the first half, thankfully. We're under pressure, there's no doubt about it.

Last week we only had six scrums in the whole game. If we can do the same this week, we will have a chance.

The front row are the ones that need to step up a little bit in the loose. We need more carries.

Scrum-half Greig Laidlaw who came off injured has been the go-to player for Scotland coach Vern Cotter for so long.

But you can see he got a knock and wasn't right, it looks like he may have gone over on his ankle and now this is a massive baptism for Ali Price.

The Fickou try is the kind of score France weren't getting a few years ago. He was asking for the ball and you can see this whole French team really want possession of the ball.

France are being very patient and number eight Louis Picamoles has been tremendous.

The power of the scrum gives us a platform in the game.

Here is a stat for you.

In eight of 11 matches under coach Guy Noves, France have failed to out-score their opponents in the second half.

Some have questioned whether Les Bleus are in the nick they should be when they get into the last quarter of the match.

Scotland can still provide the sting in the tail-end of the tale.

Terry Charleton: Scotland will take that at half time!

Stephen Fawcett: Even if they don't win today, Scotland look a far better proposition than recent seasons.

Chris Ballard: Based on performances this weekend, it has to be said the only fly half I'm not expecting to see in the Lions is [England's] George Ford.

It's been such a physical opening 40 minutes and Scotland have really taken that physicality to France to try and wear them down, which could help them in the second-half.

    France 13-8 Scotland

Finn Russell goes up to contest an aerial ball with Noa Nakaitaci, but is a yard too slow and catches the France winger awkwardly.

That could easily have been a penalty, possibly a yellow.

Instead they have picked up a penalty of their own. The French crowd whistle like 80,000 kettles when they see the replay on the big screen.

    Russell is taking aim...

It's interesting that both teams are attacking at kick-off.

So often you see teams go for field position at the restart, but both teams are trying to attack and the mindset is clear that they both want to play attacking rugby.

George Smith: France keeping the ball very well between phases. Scotland creaking with big runners always coming round the corner.

Jonathan Marshall: Defnitely the most exciting match of the tournament so far! Come on Scotland!! You can do this!

Dave Sommerville: Glad Scotland are being sensible and going for the 3 points when they're on offer - Wales take note!
