FT: Saracens 55-24 Northampton
Saracens scrum-half Richard Wigglesworth told BT Sport: "We got the momentum in the first half and did the simple things well."
Man of the match Schalk Brits: "It was great day. Fair play to Northampton. They came back in the second half."
FT: Saracens 55-24 Northampton
Saracens were simply wonderful in the first half. Saints had to get better after the interval - and they did.
But they were never going to get close to getting back in the game at 41-3 behind.
Think positive Saints fans. Your side did "win" the second half.
Wasps 31-14 Sale
A breathless first half at the Ricoh, with Wasps picking up a bonus point before the break.
No doubt about the star man - scrum-half Dan Robson with a hat-trick.
But Sale are still very much in this.
Saracens 55-24 Northampton
Saints win good lineout ball and drive towards the line and win another penalty. There's still time to get a point....
But no, Saracens stand firm and boot the ball into touch.
Saracens were unplayable at times in the first half. There was no way back for Saints after that mauling.
Saracens 55-24 Northampton
Plenty of pressure from Saints in the closing stages. They have a penalty just outside the Saracens 22 and kick for the corner.
Wasps 31-14 Sale
Sale respond immediately as Ben Curry charges down an attempted clearance and goes over.
AJ MacGinty is again on target with the boot.
Saracens 55-24 Northampton
James Grayson is on for Saints. He has some big shoes to fill with Northampton legend Paul as a father.
Can he help Saints create a fourth try?
Wasps 31-7 Sale
Dan Robson has our second hat-trick of the day and what a start to the season for the Wasps scrum-half.
Nathan Hughes is the battering ram for the hosts before popping a pass for Robson to dot down.
Jimmy Gopperth pops over the conversion.
Saracens 55-24 Northampton
All that's left now for Saints is to try to get a losing bonus point by grabbing a fourth try. They have at least looked dangerous in attack in the second period.
Saracens 55-24 Northampton
Saracens keep the ball alive. Schalk Burger is involved, so is Jackson Wray and replacement Ben Spencer has a relatively simple try in the corner.
Alex Lozowski slots the conversion. Saracens have the half-century on the board.
Wasps 24-7 Sale
Around 30 minutes on the watch in Coventry where Wasps have moved 17 points clear courtesy of a Jimmy Gopperth penalty.
BBC Coventry & Warwickshire's Geoff Foster isn't looking on the bright side though as Sale attack.
"A converted try here and the Sharks are right back in this game," he says.
Paul Grayson
Former Lions and England fly-half
I think the ball's been grounded at the base of the post.
Tom Wood picked and went directly through the middle.
Saracens 48-24 Northampton
Northampton's Tom Wood has his second try after good work by Jamie Gibson. The TMO reviews it in case of a double movement but the try is given.
Three tries in the second half for Saints. Something to work with.
Maybe it's best to pretend the first half didn't happen.
Wasps 21-7 Sale
Sale are on the board. From their first sustained attack the Sharks go wide and cross in the left corner through Byron McGuigan.
AJ MacGinty adds the extras.
Saracens 48-17 Northampton
Northampton are doing all they can to get back in this game, throwing the ball wide and taking some risks.
But Saracens' defence is looking almost as impressive as their attack.
Full-back Alex Goode takes a difficult high kick and Saracens are back in possession.
Ian Robertson
BBC rugby correspondent
It looks like a pre-season game right now.
Neither team is the finished article, which is ominous for Saracens, it's not until game three or four that you are at full fitness.
Saracens 48-17 Northampton
The tries continue at Twickenham.
Breathless stuff as Alex Waller bustles through some weak Sarries tackling and makes his way towards the line. He is a few yards short but cleverly pops the ball up to Tom Wood who is tackled just short but stretches over.
Harry Mallinder converts. Just the 31-point deficit now.
Wasps 21-0 Sale
Wasps are rampant! There's less than 20 minutes on the clock at the Ricoh and the hosts are one try away from a bonus point.
Tom Cruse steals the ball in the tackle and Danny Cipriani puts flying winger Christian Wade over.
Jimmy Gopperth maintains his 100% record from the tee.
Saracens 48-10 Northampton
Business as normal. An eighth Sarries try.
Schalk Brits has his second score of the afternoon. He has been exceptional. The rampaging hooker's second try came after another flowing move from halfway.
Great support play by the South African, who touched down on the right. Alex Lozowksi kicks another two points.
