That's cruel for England, but wildly celebrated by the Scotland fans. But what a hit from Courtney Lawes.

Courtney Lawes made a marrow-shaking tackle, but his hand actually knocked the ball on in making it.

Nothing he could have done about it.

But it is the right call.

Loose ball! Fly hack! England stream downfield.

And Owen Farrell wins the race to dot down.

Owen Farrell has missed the most tackles of any player on the field this afternoon, with four.

He also missed a game-high seven against Wales in the previous fixture.

His discipline has been better though, until being pinged for that offside.

It's an interesting conundrum for Scotland, because what gave them success in the first half was ball playing, so now it's getting tighter do they continue to do that, possibly to their own risk.

That might have been the game if the ball had been given earlier. Peter Horne delayed and delayed the pass and eventually the ball went behind Watson and he knocked it on.

Just give the pass! He had Jones and Hogg outside him.

Argh!

Agony for Scotland.

With a penalty advantage in the back pocket, Peter Horne goes through a yawning gap in midfield.

There are four men outside him in blue, only one in white in front of him - Mike Brown - but he delays the pass too long and the chance is butchered.

Back for the penalty. But it could have been so much more for Scotland.

It must have been called by an assistant, because Nigel Owens didn't call it at first.

Danny Care darts in and intercepts Greig Laidlaw's loose pass from the base of the ruck and charges towards a certain try...

But it isn't.

Nigel Owens blows up for a penalty for Scotland because Joe Launchbury was not supporting his own weight at the breakdown.

A big call. And one that denies England a certain seven points.
