    Scotland v Fiji (14:30 BST)

Stuart Hogg - who came so close to a famous match-winning try against the All Blacks last autumn - is back in the Scotland line-up this afternoon.

Word is that the northern hemisphere's razzle-dazzler in chief could be playing his club rugby at Exeter next season.

    Intriguing.

You can watch, listen and read live coverage of their meeting with Fiji right here with three-pronged BBC coverage.

    1997: England 26-26 New Zealand

England were 20-1 outsiders before kick-off against a New Zealand team determined to send Zinzan Brooke into retirement on a high and Clive Woodward's side without a win in six matches.

But England were ultimately disappointed not to win, having led 23-9 in the first half through tries from Lawrence Dallaglio, Richard Hill and wing David Rees.

Seem like a long time ago? It was. This is what the top of the report looked like on the BBC website. Dallaglio had hair!

    The best haka response?

    New ZealandImage source, Getty Images

The last haka at Twickenham by a New Zealand men's team, by my reckoning, would have been the All Blacks' post-match celebratory effort after beating Australia in the 2015 World Cup final.

England coach Eddie Jones won't be paying much attention to the latest.

"At that stage of the game, they could be playing the Spice Girls and I wouldn't know what's being played," he said earlier this week

"They're making a comeback aren't they, the Spice Girls? Maybe they could sing at that time. It's got not relevance to me at all."

Presuming Sporty, Scary et al are booked up, what has been your favourite response to the pre-match warcry?

Let us know via #bbcrugby on Twitter or 81111.

For inspiration, I would heartily recommend a switch over here to watch Wales stare down the haka before a 29-9 defeat in 2008.

There can be fear all over against the All Blacks, because they are as dangerous out of possession as they are in it. They will strike as quickly an effectively as they can. They are the best at going end-to-end.

Historically, the risk has to be to play well enough to get enough pace into the game and do what they do to you.

Their kicking game is a huge part of their armoury, you can't fall into that trap, but there are opportunities - I look at the weather forecast and there is potentially a few raindrops around, that changes a few things the All Blacks are doing at the moment.

it is cloudy and blustery at Twickenham, but the rain is holding off for the moment.

Sonny Bill Williams starts at inside centre in a near full-strength All Blacks side, while Karl Tu'inukuafe replaces prop Joe Moody who has an eye injury.

Williams will line up alongside Crusaders team-mate Jack Goodhue for only the second time in a backline featuring two playmakers, full-back Damian McKenzie and fly-half Beauden Barrett.

Ben Te'o did pretty well for the Lions against Sonny Bill Williams.

He can do a job there. He looked a little lost in the first half last week, but made one huge hit early in the second half and that seemed to give him a wake up. He was linking better, running good decoy lines and creating space for other people. But this is a significant step up.

He has to be right on song to deal with Sonny Bill.

Look at Chris Ashton's rugby journey - from rugby league, Wigan Warriors' player of the year when he was 18, signed on ridiculous money for Northampton... almost went out of the game.

He is certainly a good shout to go to the World Cup. He's frustrated with his England omissions. He is a naughty boy, he is a lad from Wigan who will play a practical joke.

He is a natural born try-scorer. He does one of the hardest things on the pitch better than anyone else.

He has got some frailties, but if you are going to pick a man to score you a try, Ashton is very high on the list.

Let's get straight into the cast list then.

There are some wonderful individual sub-plots to watch within the main narrative.

Owen Farrell's physicality v Beauden Barrett's fleet of foot.

Ben Te'o and Sonny Bill Williams renewing a rivalry that bubbled up down under in the NRL and spilled into last summer's Lions series.

Rieko Ioane - the hip young gun-winger - up against the wiles of a recalled Chris Ashton.

Saracens pair Maro Itoje and George Kruis measuring up against the titanic duo of Sam Whitelock and Brodie Retallick.
