Camille Lopez takes the ball to the line, pops it to back-row François Cros who's charging round the corner. He gets his hand free and offloads to Medard who's in support, and he scampers over for his second try.
Lopez hasn't brought his kicking boots though, he misses his third conversion. Scotland are nowhere.

Zander Fagerson is having no more luck at the scrum than Jamie Bhatti, who he replaced. He's penalised and France have another attacking platform in the Scotland 22. But, they're penalised for sealing off at the ruck.

Rory Hutchinson is on for his Scotland debut as he replaces Duncan Taylor in the midfield. That's him now tied to Scotland by the way. He was also eligible for England. Let's see what the Northampton man can do!

Quote MessageI've noticed something massive during the half. They've taken Jamie Bhatti off and put Zander Fagerson on. That's a loose-head off and a tight-head on. So they have two tight-heads on. So I think the coaches are thinking of not taking Jamie Bhatti and Gordon Reid to the World Cup and taking Simon Berghan instead.

Quote MessageGregor Townsend should try and sneak all eight subs on without taking anyone off! I think he'll give guys a fair crack in the second half. He'll give most players fifteen or twenty minutes to try and prove themselves. There are players out there currently playing their way out of the World Cup.

Quote MessageI'll start at the start. Because it was another lousy beginning from Scotland. Scotland have conceded early against Ireland, France, Wales, England in the Six Nations, and tonight France score very early on. It worries me a lot ahead of the World Cup. Scotland are completely overpowered. I'm not sure what the solution is. Scotland are getting blown away.
