I understand that kicking is England's tactic, but I don't understand it. If you're on the front foot you've got to go through the phases again. Kick it up and it's a fifty-fifty challenge. If you've got the ball, you've got control. As a Welshman, I'm happy!

Time for a bit of aerial ping pong.

Possession switches hand several times before Dan Biggar calls the mark in his own 22.

The Wales fly-half then pops the ball into touch without gaining many yards and England will have the line-out, to the delight of the Twickenham faithful.

The key was the quick ball from the phase play. That's crucial for Wales - quick ball because England don't commit a lot of men to the rucks.

There was a little dust-up which Owen Farrell was penalised for but Joe Marler had a role towards the end with an bizarre altercation with Alun Wyn Jones.

I am not sure we have heard the last of that incident.

Small Man Peaky: Love a bit of a scuffle. Just ups the intensity. The England Ireland game was a bit flat. Good explanation from O’Keefe to both captains

Nick Hughes: How much niggle is there from this Welsh team? Every game, without fail, there are afters. Unbearable.

    England 7-0 Wales

It was a fabulous move off the line-out. Again, set piece ball is where England tend to be strong. Usually, it's the wrap-around to Ben Youngs but all of a sudden it was a dummy run - we've never seen that move before, Wales had never seen it before and when Anthony Watson is one-on-one with Tomos Williams, there's only one winner.

Wales have been probably looking to stop the England driving line-out all week.

England have expertly exploited that with a well crafted set-piece move with Anthony Watson the recipient.

Converted Try - England 7-0 Walespublished at 4 mins

    Anthony Watson (con Owen Farrell)

    It was coming.

It's a move straight off the training field as England move the ball wide off the line-out before throwing it back inside to Anthony Watson.

The flying winger bursts onto the ball and dances past a couple of defenders to dive over the line.

England have flown out of the blocks and Owen Farrell makes no mistake from the conversion.
