  1. Team news - Malins outpublished at 15:59 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2021

    Ireland v England (16:45 GMT)

There has been a dramatic late change to England's side too. Full-back Max Malins has a leg injury, so Elliot Daly will return to 15.

Daly was supposed to start at outside centre in place of the injured Henry Slade, but now Ollie Lawrence will take that spot.

Uncapped 19-year-old George Martin moves into the empty spot on the bench.

Harlequins centre Joe Marchant is also among the replacements and could make his Six Nations debut.

    England: 15-Daly; 14-Watson, 13-Lawrence, 12-Farrell (capt), 11-May; 10-Ford, 9-Youngs; 1-M Vunipola, 2-Cowan-Dickie, 3-Sinckler, 4-Itoje, 5-Ewels, 6-Wilson, 7-Curry, 8-B Vunipola

    Replacements: 16-George, 17-Genge, 18-Stuart, 19-Hill, 20-Earl, 21-Robson, 22-Martin, 23-Marchant

  2. Team news - Byrne for Burnspublished at 15:55 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2021

    Ireland v England (16:45 GMT)

There is a late change to the Ireland bench as Billy Burns has been ruled out through injury, with Ross Byrne now among the replacements.

Leinster's Byrne has only featured once in this season's Championship, as a replacement against France, but he did start the last time these two met, at Twickenham in the Autumn Nations Cup.

Other than that, Ireland have made six changes to the side that beat Scotland last weekend.

Second row James Ryan, centre Garry Ringrose and flanker Will Connors all miss out through injury.

Tadhg Beirne moves from the back row to lock and Dave Kilcoyne starts at loose-head prop instead of Cian Healy.

Josh van der Flier replaces Connors, CJ Stander moves to six for his final Six Nations game and Jack Conan plays at number eight.

Bundee Aki comes in for Ringrose in midfield, Jacob Stockdale is preferred to James Lowe on the wing and Conor Murray starts at scrum-half in place of Jamison Gibson-Park.

    Ireland: 15-Keenan; 14-Earls, 13-Henshaw, 12-Aki, 11-Stockdale; 10-Sexton (capt), 9-Murray; 1-Kilcoyne, 2-Herring, 3-Furlong, 4-Henderson, 5-Beirne, 6-Stander, 7-Van Der Flier, 8-Conan

    Replacements: 16-Kelleher, 17-Healy, 18-Porter, 19-Baird, 20-O'Mahony, 21-Gibson-Park, 22-Byrne, 23-Larmour

So that's what they're playing for, but who's involved? Let's see.

  4. What's to play for?published at 15:50 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2021

    Ireland v England (16:45 GMT)

The winner of today's match is by no means guaranteed second place and the loser could still finish as low as fifth.

For second, they'd be relying heavily on the results of Scotland and France's remaining games going their way.

Mostly, today is a chance for Ireland and England to regain some pride after disappointing starts to the tournament.

Both teams have won two and lost two in so far but they come into this one on a high after winning their round-four games.

  5. Super Saturday Pt IIpublished at 15:46 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2021

    Ireland v England (16:45 GMT)

Super Saturday part one isn't even over in Edinburgh yet, but here we are prepping for part two.

If Scotland's (surely) upcoming victory against Italy was the amuse-bouche, call today's clash in Dublin your starter before the main course of Wales' Grand Slam attempt in Paris this evening.

The best Ireland and England can hope for is a second-place finish in this year's Six Nations, but an encounter between these two at the Aviva is always going to be tasty. Bon appetit.
