That's back-to-back games for Wales now where a hooker replacement is coming on in the first half.

A worrying sign of Wales ahead of the World Cup, with Ryan Elias and now Dewi Lake coming off injured.

Hopefully it's not too serious but the Wales captain looked to be in a lot of pain.

Yes Rhys, to summarise for everyone it is scrum, kick, knock-on, scrum. Repeat!

    No real excitement for far..

Neither team has been able to put enough phases together. Penalties, turning the ball over, poor play, neither team has been able to take control of the game so far.

The momentum is going back and forth and you have to take your chance if you get it.

A mixed start for captain Lake with his darts.

The theme from last weekend was poor handling errors from England and it hasn't changed so far today.

    Yet another scrum...

    Gareth Griffiths
    BBC Sport Wales at Twickenham

Wales have a completely different side here at Twickenham to the team that defeated England last weekend.

Players will be keen to shine given this might be the last chance they have to impress Warren Gatland ahead of the 33-man squad announcement.

England win possession back and Owen Farrell clears, that was a big chance for Wales gone begging.

    Chris Jones
BBC rugby union correspondent at Twickenham

There is much more of a family feel around Twickenham compared to the Six Nations, in no small part down to significantly cheaper tickets.

And already the fans have something to enjoy with England running it out of their half, a departure from the tactics in Cardiff, where Steve Borthwick’s side played very little rugby in their own territory.

From the resulting 50-22 from Taine Plumtree, Wales win a penalty and here comes the five metre line-out.

Taine Plumtree has been right in the thick of it to start this game.

A missed line-out jump, conceding a penalty, then he does a great job to disrupt the resulting maul on the England throw.

Having made his debut last week he'll be keen to show Warren Gatland he can be the versatile back-row line-out jumper he likes.

    Then a glorious 50-22 kick!

A mixed start for the Wales number eight.

    It isn't all kicking....

Jack van Poortvliet and Owen Farrell both nearly get through but are clawed down.

Then Ben Earl kicks through, but just misses grounding the ball over the line.

"Pressure on Lake. Pressure on Lake." England's sledging of the new Wales captain at the line-out can be heard here at Twickenham.

Just trying to get in the head of the Wales hooker at the set-piece.

The replays show a destructive Ben Earl at the breakdown, which is exactly what Steve Borthwick would have asked for on his first start.

  16. England on top early onpublished at 12 mins

    England 3-0 Wales (17:30 BST)

    Rhys Patchell
Wales fly-half on BBC Radio Cymru

I think England deserve to be in the lead, they're the team that have been able to build pressure. Wales have had one line-out in England's half but couldn't make the most of that and England have kicked deep into Wales' 22 and built the pressure.

England are awarded a penalty against Taine Plumtree and Owen Farrell punts the ball into the corner rather than kicking for the posts.

A vintage Owen Farrell spiral bomb causes problems in the Wales backfield, but Liam Williams is able to dot down the following grubber before Henry Arundell can score.

England do love to kick and it almost worked on that occasion.
