    Scotland 2-2 England

Scotland striker Leigh Griffiths on ITV: "It was a tough ask to get back into the game from 1-0 down but we showed what we are about, great resilience but you can't switch off.

"I practice the free-kicks every day in training. It's not often they come off, it's special. It could be a big point for us.

"On our day we can match anybody. We know how good this England side are. We have four games left and we could win all of them."

  7. Harry's Gamepublished at 19:02

    Scotland 2-2 England

England were leading with four minutes to go. Then, Leigh Griffiths decided to enter the party with not one but two sensational free-kicks to put Scotland in front in dramatic style.

How many times has Harry Kane popped up for club and country to score a crucial goal?

The striker's late equaliser rescues a point for Group F leaders.

"It is a special day," says Kane. "To be 2-1 down in stoppage time, to get that goal is special. I was trying to get a good contact on it and side-footed into the net.

"You have to expect the unexpected and we were 2-1 down from nowhere but we found another gear.

"It is a good point away from home. Scotland is no easy place to come."

Football can also be so, so cruel. With Scotland beginning to think about the mother of all parties to celebrate a first victory over England in 18 years, that man Harry Kane is at his predatory best as he knocks the ball home at the back post to break Scottish hearts at home and abroad.

Why do we love football? For moments like this. Scotland looked down and out, dead and buried. They equalised through a magnificent Leigh Griffiths free-kick.

And the Celtic striker has done it again! Showing some swagger, he picks the other top corner this time. Joe Hart is once again, helpless.

Hampden roars its approval even louder this time...
