Peter PR and Radio:, external Love it when frames take ages and ages. Mark Selby is the Tavare of the table.

Sam Ferry:, external Unfortunately Ronnie has let Selby get to him! Just relax Ronnie and you've still got this!

David P:, external Mark's showing that he's definitely not past his...Sel-by date in this one.

Peter - Nice nod there to former England batsman Chris Tavare, but David P, we are bowled over by your pun.

Just in case you are not familiar with Chris Tavare's work, he took nearly six hours to make a 50 in an England Test match against Pakistan in 1982.

    Ben Dirs
    BBC Sport at the Crucible

"At times during this year's tournament Ronnie O'Sullivan has sounded like a man who has discovered the truth about snooker - that it's not just about making hay when the sun shines, but quarrying out results when things are looking grim up above.

"With Mark Selby having won the last four frames, we could be about to find out if O'Sullivan has found true snooker enlightenment."

"It's amazing, the first half-dozen shots in a frame for Ronnie. If he does not pot, it turns into a 20, 30-minute frame and that plays into Selby's hands."

    Steve Davis
Six-time world champion on BBC TV

"Mark Selby has clawed his way back into the match. Ronnie O'Sullivan missed a huge tactical move in the first frame. He should have asked for a re-rack. Selby was left with a chance he should never have had."

Selby was 8-3 and 10-5 behind yesterday, but that seems a long time ago now. No matter what happens in the rest of the final, he is showing his fighting characteristics and why he is regarded as one of the toughest match players in the game. He has now won four frames in a row.

O'Sullivan still leads but the margin is one frame.
