Frame 24: O'Sullivan 15-8 Wilson
Dennis Taylor
1985 world champion on BBC Two
It's really difficult for Kyren to get any rhythm going.
He needs this final frame of the session to have any chance.
O'Sullivan wins sixth world crown and record 37th ranking title

Nikhil Sapre: "Hendry had said “match is over” when the score was 6-2. The 7-time champion knew."
Frame 24: O'Sullivan 15-8 Wilson
Stephen Hendry
Seven-time world champion on BBC Two
The most important ball is the cue ball. If you control that it makes the whole game easier. It's also knowing the shots as well before you get down.

Steve Davis
Six-time world champion on BBC Two
The other piece of the jigsaw that if Kyren gets right makes him world champion is his positional play.
He needs some help. You need somebody who is a better positional player than you to give you some information.
Frame 23: O'Sullivan 15-8 Wilson
Kyren Wilson gets some table time but then misses the final red on the bottom cushion after a break of 24.
With that comes his concession.
Frame 23: O'Sullivan 14-8 Wilson
Kyren Wilson's seat looks pretty comfy but he badly needs to get out of it.
A break of 71 puts Ronnie 67 ahead with 59 on the table.
Big ask for Kyren to come back from this position.
Frame 23: O'Sullivan 14-8 Wilson
Ronnie O'Sullivan is purring at the moment. A long red starts another break and before you know he's up to 30, then 40 and now 50.
Nothing Kyren Wilson can do at the moment to stop this.

Frame 23: O'Sullivan 14-8 Wilson
John Parrott
1991 world champion on BBC Two
O'Sullivan is not having to work too hard for his opportunities at the moment.
He's too talented to be given the table time that Kyren has given him. He's broken the back of the match.
Kyren is making it much harder for himself, he's in the most difficult situation anyway but he's not making it any easier on himself with the cue ball positioning.
One man has got the cue ball under perfect control and the other doesn't. It's the difference in the scoreline.
Frame 23: O'Sullivan 14-8 Wilson
Some frank words from John Parrott in between frames on Kyren Wilson's positional play...
Frame 23: O'Sullivan 13-8 Wilson
Dennis Taylor
1985 world champion on BBC Two
O'Sullivan is a totally different character to last evening. He looked very tired, lost his focus, lost his cue action.
I think all that practice he put in this morning you can tell he's much more focused, his concentration levels are much higher.
Frame 22: O'Sullivan 14-8 Wilson
A poignant scoreline this...
Bet Stephen Hendry can remember what happened from being in the same position against Jimmy White in 1994.
As it stands I can't see Kyren Wilson replicating that. A break of 60 sees Ronnie edge another frame closer to victory.
Frame 22: O'Sullivan 13-8 Wilson
Kyren Wilson can't decide what to do for the best. Try to play safe or try and clip a thin red into the right middle.
He goes on the offensive but he catches his pot think and tees up the red for his opponent in the pocket opposite.
Not a good move with the pink over the bottom right bag.
Frame 22: O'Sullivan 13-8 Wilson
Not quite good enough as it turns out Kyren Wilson can't hold for the black.
A foul and miss later Ronnie is in but then can't tickle a pink into the bottom right corner.
It's catching.

That's the mistake that Kyren has been waiting for.
It's not a bad chance.
Frame 22: O'Sullivan 13-8 Wilson
What was I just saying! That safety is a touch short from Ronnie O'Sullivan.
Kyren has got chance to get the scoreboard going.
Frame 22: O'Sullivan 13-8 Wilson
This frame has just gone a tad scrappy after Kyren Wilson stroked in a superb long red.
Retaining position has been his biggest problem so far. Everything else looks in great nick. That said, Ronnie looks like a different player as well. Some really measured safety to go with the usual devastating scoring.
You old romantic Shamoon. I bet she can't wait.
(Although there's still the chance of a kiss...)

The World Championship final taking place in May wouldn't usually cause a problem, but it has brought up a slight personal issue.
The day Ronnie O'Sullivan goes for his sixth world title is the same day as my sixth wedding anniversary.
I've told her there's a special table booked for tonight...

Looks like there's been a changing of the guard on comms.
The 1985 champion Dennis Taylor is in the house alongside seven-time winner Stephen Hendry.
