"Paula Kania was clearly targeting the Li Na forehand with her serve in that first set, and it worked well until she started thinking a little too much about the finish line and got nervous. There were a lot more unforced errors from Kania in the last couple of games of that set - and Li just started to feel more pumped with her forehand return."

"That display today was was a 7/10 from Andy. He wasn't really tested. His next opponent Rola has a big serve and is a leftie. It will be a pretty good test but, on Centre Court, I think the occasion may impact on him and I expect Andy to win."

"Can Dimitrov win Wimbledon? Not this year. He has made steady progress. You need a bit of time. I think the big four's level is too consistent for anyone else (to win the title). The three coming through are him, Milos Raonic and Kei Nishikori. Within three years one of those could be number one."

"Andy's experience was a huge advantage there. Goffin's only won three matches on the Tour this year, so it was a good opportunity for Andy to get going. He would have been nervous beforehand, and would have been glad to get the first game out of the way. In terms of an opening performance, it was 10 out of 10 for Andy."

Andy Murray's second-round opponent, Slovenia's Blaz Rola, on BBC Radio 5 live: "I didn't see Andy's match but I don't think I needed to - I know what to expect! I don't think an up-and-coming tennis player could have asked for a better match-up, I'm facing probably the greatest sportsman in England in one of the greatest venues.

"My game? I'm a leftie. My serve and forehand are among my biggest strengths, but I don't want to give everything away!"

"I thought Murray looked great. He was solid as a rock. He's got to be happy with that performance. Goffin put up a good fight, particularly in the last couple of sets, but wasn't in the same league. I hope he picks up from this and gets himself back in the mix."
