He'll be on first at 13:00 BST and will take on Blaz Rola, the world number 92, and we, of course, will be back to take you through it. But until then, it's goodnight from Wimbledon.

  5. Zvonareva v Moorepublished at 20:52 British Summer Time 24 June 2014

    Sam Smith
Former British number one on BBC TV

"There's no doubt Tara Moore has played well enough to take this to a third set. She rather let Vera Zvonareva off the hook by even allowing the set to get to a tie-break."

  6. Bad light stops playpublished at 20:52 British Summer Time 24 June 2014

Britain's Tara Moore punches the air in celebration as she the tie-break 7-3 to force a decider. But that won't be until tomorrow as the umpire calls time on the match because of bad light.

  7. Tie-breakpublished at 20:45 British Summer Time 24 June 2014

As the sprinklers are switched on on Centre Court, play continues on court three where Tara Moore and Vera Zvonareva are locked at 1-1 in the tie-break. There's still a decent crowd who have stuck around to support Moore, who could be the fourth Briton to progress to the second round.

  8. Zvonareva v Moorepublished at 20:43 British Summer Time 24 June 2014

    Sam Smith
Former British number one on BBC TV

"It's exhausting, isn't it, watching Tara Moore? You don't know what she's going to do next. She'll do all the wrong things, and then she'll look like a top-50 player. Sometimes, I think she's uncoachable."

  9. Zvonareva v Moorepublished at 20:41 British Summer Time 24 June 2014

"Come on!" roars Tara Moore as she holds serve to stop the run of games against her and move into a 6-5 lead in the second set against Vera Zvonareva. The light is fading, but on we go.

  10. Zvonareva v Moorepublished at 20:33 British Summer Time 24 June 2014

    Sam Smith
Former British number one on BBC TV

"All aboard the Tara Moore rollercoaster. It's tough to get a rhythm going actually, when you play her. Sometimes she doesn't quite get behind the ball, and then the shot's not on. I hope she doesn't get too despondent, though, because she's played a much better second set. She's played far more sensible points with better shot selection. She's done enough to warrant winning this set. Whether she does or not remains to be seen."

It was all going so well for Tara Moore, but she is broken when serving for the set and now we're back on serve. Vera Zvonareva heads off to the changeover, sits on her seat and places her towel on her head. As you do.

    Sam Smith
Former British number one on BBC TV

"This is much better matchplay from Tara Moore. I remember watching her at junior level, and her talent has never been in doubt. It's the focus, the concentration, the training day in, day out, that's where the questions have been. I hit a few balls with her last year. She's got a big, heavy strike. The big problem is keeping her focus and mind on the job. That's what she's always found really difficult. I think she has got a little better at that, but it hasn't always shown up in the results this year."

  13. Zvonareva v Moorepublished at 20:23 British Summer Time 24 June 2014

  15. Zvonareva v Moorepublished at 20:17 British Summer Time 24 June 2014

    Sam Smith
Former British number one on BBC TV

"There's a lot I like about Tara Moore's game. I love the wrist action in her shots. She swings the racquet pretty high above her head, but she's got a bit of a flick on it, and what worries me is that under pressure, it turns into a slightly different motion. There are plusses and minuses in that technique. It's very good when it works, but it's not consistent.

"This is the time for Moore to step up. Vera Zvonareva will want to get this wrapped up tonight; she doesn't want to let this get away. Moore needs to hammer home the advantage and not give anything away."

  19. Zvonareva v Moorepublished at 20:08 British Summer Time 24 June 2014

    Sam Smith
Former British number one on BBC TV

"A shame for Tara Moore. She was 2-0 and 30-0 up there, and that's when the intensity needs to be there. Vera Zvonareva may not be a top-10 player any more but she still thinks like a top-10 player. She tries to hustle for the points. Some things are coming off for her, some things aren't, but she's retrieved the break quickly."

  20. Zvonareva v Moorepublished at 20:07 British Summer Time 24 June 2014

Britain's Tara Moore gives the fans still on court three something to applaud as she breaks Vera Zvonareva to go 2-0 clear, but she then drops serve in the next so we're back on serve.
