Tense scenes out on Court One as Barbora Zahlavova Strycova celebrates victory against second seed Li Na but has she won yet? Li challenges a call and Hawkeye agrees with the Chinese player.

The point will be replayed, or at least it would have been if Li could get a serve over the net. She double-faults to hand the Czech the match - for real this time - and the biggest win of her career. That's the biggest seed to fall at Wimbledon so far.

Former British number one on BBC TV

"It was a good effort from Djokovic. There was that very hard fall but he got down to business. Overall he will be very happy with his game. Yes he had a couple of lapses of concentration but he just beat a very tough competitor in straight sets and was very aggressive today. You don't want to peak too early, he's not playing at his best yet but he's playing pretty well."

"After skipping across the court in trademark celebration, he gives his towel to a woman who he accidentally hit in the face with a ball during the match.

"'I'd want more than a towel,' quips a lady behind me. 'I'd want dinner.'"

Novak Djokovic says he is still looking to improve the mental side of his game after defeats in his last three Grand Slam finals.

Before the tournament, he told BBC Sport: "I have had experiences with psychologists. But right now I don't have one. I look at books about sports science and sports psychology so I try to educate myself in that field of life. I am trying to improve and look out for something that can give me that edge.

"But at the end of the day, you can read as many books as you like, talk to as many people as you like but you have to be the one who plays a lot of matches, understands what your strengths and weaknesses are and overcomes the pressure."

"By the time he rolled over on his back the second time he was already grimacing. My first thoughts are it can't possibly be dislocated and I don't think they would be manipulating it quite like that if it was. I don't mean to be ungenerous but this is a combative sport, Andy Murray is playing later and they are in the same half. But it's certainly a dramatic moment in the championships."
