    Murray 6-3 6-0 1-1 Rublev*

Murray has a word with himself and races through the second game, holding to love. He's cranked up his serve, presumably full of beans from that last rally.

What a point that is for Rublev! He gives his serve plenty of lick and the crowd make plenty of noise as he and Murray embark on another volley.

The ball is constantly edging towards the edge of the court, the players inching closer to the net, before Rublev holds his serve with a dinky little backhand.

Wow. That video below is certainly something. They're not half bad, actually.

Murray has a wry smile and then a rant at himself as Rublev fools him, coming up to the net with Murray way back and beating him with a drop shot.

Murray, still chuntering to himself, can't stop an ace from whizzing down and then slices a backhand into the net! He's not best pleased.

Rublev squanders his lead though, overhitting a forehand to take it to deuce.

If this tennis malarkey fails to work out for Andrey Rublev, then he may have a musical career to fall back on.

The 17-year-old Russian has a band, called Summer Afternoon, and they've released a cover of One Direction's Steal My Girl.

I mean, it's in tune and everything. So that's good.

    Murray 6-3 6-0 Rublev

Rublev's backhand is causing him some problems as it sails into the net once again. He's similar in stature to Murray, tall and skinny. In fact the two have even got similar grunts.

A firey drop shot from Rublev draws cheers from the crowd, before Murray casually swats a forehand to get his nose back in front. A double fault from Murray ends his advantage, but two well-timed forehands win him the set.

    *Murray 6-3 5-0 Rublev

A big cheer for Rublev as he beats Murray with a battered forehand, but the Russian slices a return into his own net to get Murray on the board.

Rublev looks thoroughly annoyed as he double faults, shaking his head and swishing his racquet. He glances up to his box, all of who stare back at him, and he's even more annoyed when he backhands into the net for deuce.

Murray plays a lovely cross court short to get the advantage, before Rublev finds the net again. Good game's a quick game and all that...

    Murray 6-3 4-0 Rublev*

Murray makes a mess of a forehand but Rublev overhits another return. He taps his knee with his racquet, a touch annoyed with himself for that.

    *Murray 6-3 3-0 Rublev

Rublev is plenty aggressive for a young player. His serve is strong and he's not afraid to move his feet, darting up to the net and slamming the ball out of Murray's reach.

Ooft! An insanely long rally, with the ball darting everywhere, looks to be going Rublev's way. Murray, sprawling, hits the ball high, Rublev tries to dink it over the net but he overworks it. He sinks to his knees in shock.

    Murray 6-3 2-0 Rublev*

A grunt of frustration from Rublev as he slams a backhand into the net. It's a move that Murray then copies, leading to a look of annoyance from the world number one.

Rublev sprawls to meet a ferocious Murray forehand, but he can't find his feet again and Murray pops the ball over the net to hold his serve.

Rublev, decked out in checked shorts and fetching pink socks and trainers, is broken straight up by Murray.

Murray pops a cheeky little volley over the net and turns and raises his fist to his box. He looks to be moving his feet better than in his opening match.

    Evans 3-6 7-5 6-3 6-3 Cilic

British number three Dan Evans, in his magnificent Brummie accent, speaks after reaching the third round.

"To come through in the last match point was pleasing for me. I struggled with the shade on the court and his pace on the ball was coming through pretty quick, but when the sun went down I got into the match.

"All the Aussie boys said this court can get quite loud. After the first set there wasn't much to sing about. But I'm looking forward to Friday... is it Friday?"

    Yes, Dan. Friday.

You've just dumped the seventh seed out of the Australian Open and secured your biggest win.

What's the first thing you do?

Sit back in your chair and send a text message.

Evans pulls his phone out of his kit bag and starts tapping away.

He's asked who he texted in his post-match interview... "I can't tell you that," he says, mysteriously.

Check your phones, folks, it could be any of us.
