Robin Haase's legs have gone now, it seems. He's sluggish and late on to a volley. But he still fights back to 40-15.
*Haase 1-6 4-6 2-4 Nadal
Rafa Nadal just two games away now. He holds his serve despite a first double fault, slamming a smash home.
*Haase 1-6 4-6 2-3 Nadal
Robin Haase's shoulders just looked a little slumped as the players took to the court after that change of ends. As we keep saying, he's putting in an awful lot of effort out there and after the first set has given Rafa Nadal plenty of work to do by mixing up his game.
But whatever questions the world number 46 may have, Nadal has at least 46 answers for them. He's still cruising.

And there you go, as quick as a flash, Nadal breaks again with a looping forehand down the line. Lovely shot. Does that pave the way to success?
Haase 1-6 4-6 2-2 Nadal*
Rafa Nadal holds on to his serve. Robin Haase will feel that he has done enough to be a lot closer on the scoreboard.
*Haase 1-6 4-6 2-1 Nadal
Nope. A disputed shot on the line and then a booming ace, 40-30 Nadal.
*Haase 1-6 4-6 2-1 Nadal
Now then, Haase is 30-15 up on Nadal's serve. Sniff of a break?
Haase 1-6 4-6 2-1 Nadal*
Well won! Robin Haase has Rafa Nadal on a string, a long rally, corner into corner, really making the great man work. Eventually his persistence pays off as Nadal shovels a shot just too long.

Defending champion Garbine Muguruza, fresh from an impressive win over Anett Kontaveit, has just given a refreshingly candid response when asked to comment on the recent widely-publicised thoughts of Margaret Court.
"Quite honestly, I really don't give a damn what she says," said the Spaniard.
Haase 1-6 4-6 1-1 Nadal*
Robin Haase is having a right go, a huge, lengthy rally and in the end he is undone by a dipping, spinning ball which just dies at his feet.
Back to deuce!
In case you didn't see it at the time - here's when Canada's 17-year-old Denis Shapovalov hit umpire Arnaud Gabas in the face back in February.
Still makes your eyes water...

Watch the umpire!
Robin Haase slices a backhand into the umpire's chair! That was close, and it's the same umpire who got a whack in the face in the Davis Cup. Remember that?
Umpire Arnaud Gabas does. And he may not have enjoyed Haase miming a bow and arrow display at him...
Haase 1-6 4-6 1-1 Nadal*
After all that brute power, Rafa Nadal wins the game with a slower, sliced serve which teases an error from his opponent.
Nadal has his eyes on an early finish here.
*Haase 1-6 4-6 1-0 Nadal
Rafa Nadal, ladies and gentlemen! He spots a slightly short ball, takes one step in from the baseline and absolutely wellies the ball past Robin Haase and just inside the far corner. Fizzed through the Parisian air. 40-0.

It is terrific to see Rafa back to best, which it is. That is a fact.
He is sending out message after message about his play. It is impressive to watch.

It's looking like Rafa is heading through then, but maybe not Milos Raonic. Another rip-roaring shot from Robin Haase though! If you got bonus points for style he'd be closer. A superb cross-court winner and then a stinging, punched backhand down the line. Have some of that.
Rafa is looking comfortable on Chatrier so let's take a look at what is going on elsewhere.
In the men's draw, fifth seed Milos Raonic is in a spot of bother. He has just lost the first set 6-4 against Rogerio Dutra Silva from Brazil.
Grigor Dimitrov, the 11th seed, is safely through after beating veteran Spaniard Tommy Robredo.
Women's 12th seed Caroline Wozniacki has just won with a double bagel against Canada's Francoise Abanda. Poor Francoise. That's every tennis player's nightmare.
Home favourite and 13th seed Kristina 'Kiki' Mladenovic, who had a serious scare in the first round, is currently a break up in the first set.

A smash, and then a punishing rally, and that's two sets for Rafa Nadal.
*Haase 1-6 4-5 Nadal
Nadal really finding his range so consistently, off either wing, from beyond the baseline or even at the net. Metronomic precision at times. Haase keeping him honest though. The man who is ranked 46 in the world is looking much better than that.
