So, there’s a bit of a golf theme here today at Wimbledon.

Earlier on US favourite Matt “Kuuuuch” Kuchar was knocking about and now former Masters winner Sergio Garcia has graced the All England with his presence.

Sergio loves football, although sadly his beloved Spain are out.

He’s still keeping a keen eye on the World Cup.

So Sergio, England or Sweden tomorrow?

“It has to be England,” said the Spaniard.

  3. Centre Court 'still special' for Fedpublished at 19:27 British Summer Time 6 July 2018

    Federer 6-3 7-5 6-2 Struff

And here is Roger Federer: "Against big servers who go for a lot it's always difficult to find rhythm and be sure that you are in driver's seat until the match is over.

"I was happy to stay clam and finish off the job. I thought I did very well today. I created more chances in the second set and was always able to stay pretty clean on my own service game.

"It's a wonderful feeling walking out there, I take every match one at a time, I try to put on a good match, try hard every time, and will never underestimate anybody - that keeps me in check.

"It's a wonderful feeling to be playing out there, I enjoy myself regardless of whether I am winning or losing because it's the most beautiful court in the world for me.

    "It still remains special today."

  4. Raonic bumped off Court Onepublished at 19:26 British Summer Time 6 July 2018

Canadian Milos Raonic, the 2016 finalist, was due to face Austria's Dennis Novak last on Court One. Well, it's been moved to court 12 because time was running out after Alexander Zverev's second-round match finished there earlier before Venus Williams lost 8-6 in the third to Kiki Bertens.

And Karolina Pliskova has only just finished after she was taken to three sets by Mihaela Buzarnescu.

Anyway, Raonic is in a bit of early bother - Novak leads 4-1 in the first set.

One hour, 37 minutes it took for Roger Federer to dispose of Jan-Lennard Struff.

He might be 37 next month, but it's still a walk in the park for the eight-time champion at the minute.

I think he Struff should be proud to get here. First time in the third round here. Let's see if he can get more inspiration, take a break and do more to add to his game.

    Pliskova 3-6 7-6 (7-3) 6-1 Buzarnescu

Cruel, cruel cruel on Mihaela Buzarnescu. She played much better in this final set than the 6-1 scoreline suggests. Karolina Pliskova just the mentally stronger and more composed of the two players as she wraps up the match when the Romanian overhits a return after baseline rally.

Buzarnescu holds it together, just about, as she trudges off court with the visor of her cap pulled low over her eyes.

    Federer 6-3 7-5 4-2 Struff*

A couple of Brazil fans in the crowd at Centre Court... wonder if they've just heard they've gone a goal down to Belgium.

Roger Federer is like the Brazil 1970 team of the tennis world, and then some... and he garners three break points on the Struff serve.

    Federer 6-3 7-5 4-2 Struff*

The number one seed dusts off a couple of uncharacteristically sloppy shots the scorch his way back to 40-30, and then hammers in an ace to hold.

Never in doubt. Still no break point against the Federer serve today.

    Pliskova 3-6 7-6 (7-3) 5-1 Buzarnescu

You sensed Mihaela Buzarnescu has given up the ghost after that game. She drags herself to deuce but then wildly overhits a forehand return. By contrast Karolina Plisvoka has ice running through her veins and breaks her serve.

Buzarnescu is in desperate need of some tissues as she fights back the tears. Plisvoka serving for the match.

Well, every time Jan-Lennard Struff gets himself back into the game, he fires off target. He's looking a little tired.

Federer gets his fifth break point chance, but again it's saved by a meaty serve.

    And this time Struff holds!

    Pliskova 3-6 7-6 (7-3) 4-1 Buzarnescu

Mihaela Buzarnescu has two break points, but the Romanian can convert neither as Karolina Plískova holds her nerve and her serve. The Czech punches the air in delight and is two games away from closing this set out now.

Buzarnescu sits down in her chair, head in hands and starts to sob.

    Federer 6-3 7-5 3-1 Struff*

    He's just showing off now!

Roger Federer steps in to take a return on the service line and tickles down a volley to win the point - it's like he's playing in an exhibition match.

Federer spoke about mixing his shots up the other day because he gets bored... well the Centre Court crowd are getting full array today.

Jan-Lennard Struff steps in to attempt a smashed volley, but undercooks it so badly it comes off the strings like tennis ball tartare.

    Two break points.
