    This is wonderful tennis.

Hsieh sends Pliskova into the corner and volleys at the net to save the first break point. The Czech then slips and Hsieh can just parry it into the open court.

    Anderson 4-6 3-6 0-0 Pella

Kevin Anderson came from two sets down in the Wimbledon quarter-final last year.

And he did it against none other than Roger Federer, so this isn't all wrapped up for Guido Pella yet.

That was a fantastic reaction from Pliskova. It showed how much she wants this.

She was one from seven regarding break points, she finally gets another.

By adding former champion Conchita Martinez to the group, five or six details can make the difference.

Hsieh has her slice, Pliskova has her serve.

She's up to 30-0 with a few big hits and drops an ace to go 40-15 up. But a double fault follows...

Hsieh's drop shot is like dynamic to Pliskova. Once they are lit, there is no touching them.

She's up to 40-15 and holds when Pliskova's superb return is picked off and sliced into the far corner.

British duo Jamie Murray and Neal Skupski are up and running again on court 18.

They had a two sets to one lead at the close of play yesterday.

It's on serve in the fourth against opponents Ivan Dodig and Filip Polasek, despite Muzza and Skuppa having to fend off break point a moment ago to hold.

That's really what's turned the match around... Hsieh throwing different angles of slices. If she can start dictating play...

With the variation from Hsieh, Pliskova is making a lot more unforced errors.

  18. Khachanov on his way out?published at 14:16 British Summer Time 5 July 2019

    Khachanov 3-6 6-7 (3-7) Bautista Agut

    Jonathan Jurejko
    BBC Sport at Wimbledon

Anglo-Russian relations aren't strained at Wimbledon. That's judging by the fact Khachanov is receiving most of the support on court two.

The fans have got the Russian 10th seed's back when he argues a code violation given by the umpire by bouncing his frame off the hallowed turf. Not here, young man.

And the mood turns sourer as Bautista Agut then races away with the tie-break.

A long way back for 23-year-old Khachanov if he is to stick his name in the Wimbledon last 16 for a second time and equal his best run here.

  20. Anderson breaks backpublished at 14:15 British Summer Time 5 July 2019

    *Anderson 4-6 2-3 Pella

Maybe Anderson and Pella are spurred on by a watching Spice Girl, because this is turning into an exciting match on Centre.

Both players are bringing their A-game, but Pella takes a slight dip as he fluffs a backhand volley to put things back level.
