    Dutch brothers Michel and Ronald Mulder are bidding to become only the second twins to win an Olympic medal in the same event at the Winter Olympics, following in the footsteps of Phil and Steven Mahre of the USA, who won slalom gold and silver respectively in 1984.

    Google has released data on the UK's most searched terms in relation to the Winter Olympics a month before Sochi.

    The second most searched term in connection to Sochi was 'Sochi toilets'. No doubt due to pictures posted by the likes of BBC's Steve Rosenberg,, external and Martin Fourcade, external - who goes in the biathlon men's pursuit this afternoon - and Seb Toots., external

    The seventh most popular term was 'Russia map', suggesting many people may not be familiar with the Black Sea pearl that is Sochi.

    'Time zone' also featured in the top five most searched terms. In case you haven't already worked this out, Russia is four hours ahead of the UK.

    Next up on the schedule is a spot of speed skating at the Adler Arena with the first men's 500m race coming up at 13:00 GMT.

    It's the only speed skating event in which each competitor skates twice and the skater with the lowest aggregate time wins. They will race in pairs, but in separate lanes.

    It's far from over for GB's women's curlers, as each team players the other nine teams once. The four teams with the best record advance to the semi-finals.

    Skip Eve Muirhead shook her head in disappointment as she conceded the end. There was indecision and inconsistency with the release of stones throughout the match. But it was encouraging to see them battle back in the middle of the match.

    They will next take on USA at 15:00 GMT tomorrow. USA lost 7-4 to Switzerland in their opener.

    Hosts Russia are locked at 4-4 with Denmark in the ninth end of their open women's curling Group match. Switzerland, meanwhile, hold a comfortable 7-4 lead going into the final end of their tie with USA. And Canada, the Vancouver silver medallists, have thrashed China 9-2.

    Meanwhile, in the British match against defending champions Sweden, GB trail 6-4 with five stones left in the final end. It's not going well, with Sweden currently holding four stones in the house. GB have none.
